“Excellent service. Easy to find with the instructions given and the drop off was no problem. Got a ticket which you then keep for your return and scan to get your keys and car location. Will use again!”
“Easy to find. Being next to the terminal no need to wait in queue for a bus. Parked on level 1. Maybe it was where we parked but the signage on how to get into the terminal wasn’t too clear. The way out seemed to be primarily signed as emergency exit!”
“Not clear how to exit the final barrier. Which ticket and where to put it should be clearer. Also exit machine wanted extra £10 despite me arriving and departing well within the pre-booked parameters. Arrival process was spot on.”
“Great service, really easy and help on hand if needed. Only callout was i followed signs for exit and ended up being directed through a barrier into a short stay carpark ( i think) that required £10!! before I could get out. Late at night travelling solo I paid to get home - signage is not clear!”
“My preferred parking - you need to wait for a bus, but this is better than walking to the terminal from another car park in case of a rainy weather. Was confused on my recent trip not to get a parking ticket on the entrance, despite it was said in the booking confirmation that it will be given. The payment terminal on the bus stop is now disabled and does not offer an option to speak to a person. There was an option to speak to the operator on another device, saying to use it only in case of a special assistance. I still used it in the absence of any other choice, and the person there helpingly confirmed that it is now paperless. That could have been communicated better. On the exit, upon arrival to the barrier, the machine displayed "present your credit card" sign. I have already anticipated the joy of speaking to the operator and explaining that I was not given any ticket on entrance, and I have paid online, while the barrier suddenly opened and I was let out. Overall, I will still use this car park next time, but please make the entry/exit less confusing.”
“Love Fastpark at Edinburgh Airport - seamless all the way through from drop off to pick up. Used this a few times now and never any issues. Staff are really good and helpful too.”
“Outstanding service - staff were excellent- on leaving the car park i was allocated a ticket and then asked to pay £10 at second barrier- spoke to someone at second gate and helped very quickly but that was confusing how that happened- would definitely use this service again”
“Delighted on arrival with the new jet 2 checking in your bags at the same time as car. Staff were amazing and helpful. Sometimes travel alone this was this occasion came home at 3am, car was number 51 furthest from arrival - strange men loitering claiming to have parked at wrong place! Not sure if you can review where you park the cars - especially the cost this time was over double what I normally pay.”
