“Very difficult o find a space. Had to keep driving round for ages until we could follow someone back to their car and get their space. On the other hand we couldn’t find our exit ticket and the man on the phone was helpful and found our booking. And let us out!”
“The road system approaching the car parks is too small and in the dark a little confusing.
At busy times you are queuing right back up to the main road and it’s the same when leaving the carpark.
And it will only get worse as time goes on.”
“My usual experience is very good, however my recent experience wasn't the usual. I had pre booked but the multi-storey and arrived at the airport around 7 and could only get parked on the roof so not undercover. I feel that paying for multi storey in advance should guarantee you in undercover space so was very frustrated.”
“Confusion over the pick up point. This has changed since my last parking booking. Pick up changed from the bus pick up point to the roadside. This led to around 30 minutes delay in reaching the car park so quite unsatisfactory on this occasion. My flight was delayed too so the extra 30 minutes after midnight made a big difference to arrive home.”
“The fast track multi storey parking is fantastic, simple, quick and hassle free. It's unfortunately daylight robbery!! However, if the company are paying why would you not park here?”
“parked around 13:00 hours on Tues 11 Sept, quite hard to find a space. The spaces are quite narrow however I guess that is to maximse income with little thought to folks moving bags in and out of cars.
Bus was clean and tidy with a reasonable wait.
At circa £50 for 7 days I think the price is moe than last time, the valet parking was less but I am not comfortable leaving my keys with a stranger.

“It was a very busy Saturday morning when we arrived and it took us a while to find a space. We also noticed thatbthete were lots of cars parked along double yellow lines (probably because they couldn't find a space)!
I don't remember seeing ling stay on any of the signs approaching the airport and we briefly ended up in the NCP long stay car park.
When we did get parked we didn't have to wait long to be transported to the airport and the driver was really friendly!
Again back on our arrival we missed the puck up point due to poor signage again. This is probably really easy if you've used the parking before.”
“it is a fast and easy way to go on your trip but I missed my flight and I paid extra due to extra hours. I am hoping if you can add an option to extend your parking if it is necessary.”
“Return bus poorly signed- landed after midnight and couldnt find the stand so eventually gave up and carried my bags on foot along the road (No proper pedestrian access) to pick up my car rather than wander round aimlessly any more.”
“I was very pleased with everything on our arrival at the car park on Thursday 6th September, however I was extremely disappointed with our exit from the car park on Sunday 9th September. Our exit was nothing short of shambolic, taking 40 minutes to get to the main road with no explanation provided for the delay .”
“Yes a bit dear for the seven days I parked, Spaces could be bigger and on exit the machine would not accept my prepaid ticket has to ring the chap on the intercom then managed to exit after quoting refernce number.”
