“Excessive price increases !! Stayed last time in the multi storage for approx 5 weeks in March this year there was almost a 40% increase in cost consequently stayed in long term which was still expensive for 4 weeks !!! In addition very difficult to locate a free space which has led to parking on double yellow lines which is understandable.”
“The car park was extremely busy and it took more than 5 minutes to find a space. It felt like despite booking well in advance that I wasn't going to get parked. Attendants monitoring the situation or signs indicating where the spaces were would help.”

“Complete rip-off if you don't book in advance. walk from mid-stay is no further than the farthest parts of the terminal surface, it's easier to find a space and cheaper. Use a cashback site when booking as you get 8% back. That said, Edinburgh Airport Parking hasn't settled cashback from over 9 months ago, which isn't great as it claims to be a faster payer (most cashback arrives from other vendors within 6 weeks)”
“Mid stay parking is as convenient as terminal surface and better value. Often terminal surface is very full and the overspill car park is further away than mid stay!
My only issue is that, having used the car parks for 15 years now, I have noticed significant price rises in the last few months.”
“It's a car park and as such it achieves, It's difficult to get enthusiastic on the subject...
would I prefer to always use the surface and mutli-storey, sure but I'm not willing to stomach the premium for doing so, guess I'll keep using the long stay :)”

“Had paid for multistory car-park and fast track. the system needs sharpened up. better instructions and update up system. example Glasgow operates same system, barrier recognises car, welcomes driver by name, very reassuring. Also fast track should be for arrival as well as departure.”

Bus to the terminal and back very good.
We arrived before 5am on a tuesday for an early flight . I couldn't get into the the car park for the express parking cards blocking all entrance lanes . I had to get out of my car to ask 2 cars to move aside. I expect I parked before the express cars and was on the bus before the express service . This needs some serious attention.”

“All good, except that the wait for bus seemed too long. About 20 mins in which time a large group had assembled meaning the bus was overcrowded. If bus was more frequent then I would have rated 4 stars.”
“Very good location next to terminal which is necessary for us, but the pricing is confusing? The prices for our selected dates ended up 38% more expensive than the same dates the previous year. I watched the prices over a period of time and they were erratic to say the least. On the advice of your staff we were advised to book earlier for the best price, this proved to be wrong. We have booked for our next holiday for more days at a cheaper price, how can that be?”
