“We usually use the multi storey carpark but the price was ridiculous and jumped up £50 in a couple of weeks when I went to book it. So we decided on the mid stay.
Was really impressed by how convenient it was to walk from the terminal, and timing the walk it was 7 minutes (dragging very heavy cases).
Will definitely use the mid stay again.”
“Easy to find the car park as a whole with clear signage there, the only complaint is there's not much signage to where the bus stops are in the carpark to the airport.”
“Easy to access but exit not clearly marked. When we tried to scan out barcode on ticket to exit the barrier it would not accept this. Had to call for assistance”
“It's the first time I have used your overground car park and it was very easy as it was only a 2 minute walk to the terminal.
I booked ahead which was easy but when I got to the barrier I had to call the office as I didn't want a ticket, having prepaid. It was sorted out and there was no problem on exit.
I would use again if the price was tight as it is more expensive than other parking sites.”
“I made an error booking realised immediately but despite many hours trying was unable to fix it. While it is of my own doing this is an unacceptable level of customer service.”
“We used Fast Park and got our car back after 2 weeks in a disgraceful state. I was unable to drive it because it was so dirty and had to stop at the first garage we passed to clean it (in order to see out the windows and wing mirrors). We were left a note in our car offering a derisory £20 discount off our next booking. When we complained we were told that we'd be refunded our booking but have not heard anything further. I have more photos to show the state of the car when it was left for pick up by us. Unacceptably bad service.”
“This was the ideal place to park. Quick and easy drop off. Instructions were very clear and staff helpful. On return, we were very glad of the proximity to the terminal building. We'd definitely use FastPark again.”
