Difficulty leaving despite being prepaid. Barrier failed to open and I couldn’t retrieve my ticket. Attendant was rude and incompetent. Not what you need at midnight after a days travelling. Diappointing.

I left you my car and I trusted that it will be safe and there will be someone driving a few miles and at full speed through the speed bumps. I will not trust you again and leave the car. I wonder if the service also drives your cars or only customers?

We used the new 'Express' service for the first time-we will not be using it again! There was nothing express about the service. We arrived to queues, staff were not keeping up with arrivals. we were directed to station 4 for the bus, which is the last station, therefore two buses arrived and left because they were full. There was supposed to be a bus every ten minutes which didn't seem to be the case. On our return, we were promised our car would be ready waiting for us, but we were directed to a parking bay where the parking was extremely tight and the car was parked such that the boot was at the back, we therefore had to squeeze through to put our bags in the boot. We had to call for help on exit because we were not given our ticket back which we seemingly needed to exit the carpark. Not Express at all

When I drove my vehicle after pick up it went into limphome mode. The fault was turbo over boost. I feel whomever had been moving the vehicle had seriously over revved it from cold. Not impressed at all. If I didn't have the skills to fix the issue I'd be sending you a bill for the diagnosis and repair.

Got there on Saturday beginning Glasgow Fair fortnight - heading to Gran Canaria at around 4.45am. Queue was out the main entrance - went to see where we were to queue up and was told to go to the end of that queue. Waited for about 40 mins then their scan machines didn’t work - told to go to the Ryanair queue and waited their for 40 mins to be told my gate was closed. Sent to another queue for another forty mins to be told next flight would be in 3 days or go to Prestwick for 2.15pm. I had paid around £90 to park my car and after asking to speak to management was informed they were all busy - was informed my parking would be refunded as I couldn’t leave my car there due to different flight outgoing and incoming from Prestwick and Edinburgh. Wouldn’t like to use the airport in future. Gwen Mclaren

Machine did not read my registration number on arrival or departure. Had to call for help and it took too long to find my booking which means a long que behind me.

Nothing wrong with the parking itself, it's very convenient - however on arriving home 18 hours late after our flight from Paris was cancelled due to adverse weather, we were charged an additional £50. Obviously prepared to pay the daily rate but this is nothing less than legalised theft and taking the opportunity to extort cash from people's misfortune. Won't use this service again.

Massively overpriced but what choice do you have?

Hello very disappointed I always pay in advance, but do realise that thru positioning of my number plate which is off centre I have to ring the button & quote my booking no. but waited over 10 minutes at the barrier gate, with the ringer twice having timed out before it was answered. I think the principle of mid term parking is gr8, but the way its managed is poor, I wish there was another option, as its far from low cost, thanks

I only use the onsite parking when I have to catch an early morning flight for work. Cheaper options are available but if you need to use the onsite car park then booking in advance is a must. An overnight stay in the short stay car park comes in at £47 compared to £90 if not pre-booked. It is also advisable to keep your pre-booking confirmation close at hand when trying to leave as invariably the ticket machine will not recognise you've pre-paid.

Scanned ticket in the machine after pre-booking and paying, only to be told I owed £90. Advised to go to barrier and try again, and the same thing happened. What should have been a painless process ended up taking 15 minutes longer than it should. They need to get their act together....

Valet parking....what a joke. What difference is there between using this service and simply using a bay in the actual long stay car park!? Both involve getting a bus to and from the terminal from the long stay car park - only difference is you collect your keys from a portable cabin before picking your car up - WHO CARES! Oh, despite this being an "official" Edinburgh Airport car park, don't expect your car to stay on site for the duration of your holiday - i had an additional 2 miles on my car mileage when I returned. Clearly my car spent the time in another car park 1 mile away - this is misrepresentation. You are not advised that this will happen when you book.

Sorry but to charge £50 payment for 1 additional day parking due to flight cancellation was very disappointing. There was nothing I could do as it was 100% down to the airline. I have used this airport car park on at least 6 occasions this year. You don't value your loyal customers and service regards this matter was extremely poor. Very unfair as 1 day only cost £33 on line.

I pre-booked and paid for parking. I was happy to walk to the terminal and not have to wait for a bus, however when trying to leave we were informed at the barrier that we needed to pay £9 extra. I was dismayed as the flight was on time and the fee had been paid as quoted given the flit times. When I went to the booth to insert the card I was actually changed £13.50! I will not use this service again.

Long Stay Express or NOT Express! Shocking. Supposed to be Vallet style drop off and pick up - on arriving at 0200 after a long flight with 3 young tired kids and luggage I was expecting my car to be in the Vallet lane for me to drive off - No! I was told to get my car which was 50m away in a bay! I had to walk 4 cases and 3 kids back to the stop the bus dropped me off and walk further down a bumpy road with cars passing to get to the exit, to a bay to find my car! Absolutely misold and will be taking this up with Edinburgh Airport on Monday! I spoke with at least 2 other customers who had expected the same as me on arrival who were less than impressed also - will never book this ever again !!

After years of parking with yourself must admit was Very Disappointing to get to the car park for 6am only to find 6 spare spaces and to be honest dont believe all the cars had paid the extra that I had

Ridiculously expensive. A monopoly scam. Totally profit driven, no social responsibility at all. Cosmetic public relations. A scandal that a public service ends up in foreign ownership with an opportunity to extort. Needs investigation. One of the worst examples around.
