“Had pre-booked Mid Stay. ANPR didn’t work upon arrival, so had to speak to someone on the intercom and after a short delay we were admitted - which was unwelcome added stress at the start of our trip! It wasn’t that easy to find a space, but did so after a couple of minutes. Getting to and from the terminal was easy, and the exit barrier worked fine.”
“I park in Edinburgh airport terminal car park a lot. For the past while I have always had problems leaving the car park even although I’ve prepaid. I’ve had to call for assistance and eventually the barrier is lifted. This time however I sailed through the exit barrier. Looks like the have solved the problem.”
“I used the Fast Park service, and though I was generally happy with the efficiency of it, I was very unhappy when I collected my car.
Whoever had parked my car in the collection lanes had left the car in 1st gear with the handbrake off, so it immediately started to move when I started the engine! This could have caused an accident, if someone had been passing in front of my car at the time, resulting in injury and/or damage.

“The mid-stay car park was ideal - not too far to walk. The downside of traversing the car parks is that the surface of the roads is rather uneven and for the second time a wheel on a suitcase was broken.”
