“This was my second time using Fast Parking and all went smoothly with the exception of depositing and collecting the car key at the airport. Attaching the printed, gummed label to the car key is still confusing, and when I arrived at 0200 for an early morning departure, there were, initially, no staff on hand to assist. I had to wait for a short while for a staff member to arrive to resolve my problem. On my return I was surprised that I did not receive any electronic communication reminding me what I needed to do to collect my key and it took a while to work out what was required.”
“The car park itself was good. Enough spaces clean and good elevators. Only negative was very poor signposting to get into the multistorey car park. This was really poor and road markings were just about non existent.”
“Number plate recognition hasn’t worked on our two visits here. Had pre booked approx £99 for two weeks. On trying to leave at the barrier it said we were due £220. Had to move to another barrier to get a working intercom, spoke with a member of staff who requested our number plate then the barrier was raised so we could leave.”

Added bonus if booking with Jet2 you can check luggage in at car park as well and then walk straight to security!

“Terrible I already paid £109 to park for a week I unfortunately put the2nd July instead of 3rd I tried to change it on amend my dates and it would not let me so after my holiday and getting back out of the car park I had to pay another £45 to get out if you had a confirm button on the amend my parking I would not have to pay that extra money and as that result I will definitely not use plane parking again and I cerwont be recommending plane parking to anyone”
“Used Terminal parking as needed to be as close possible due to leg injury.found it easy to get too with good directions.
Easy to enter and to exit through had to drive around for 5/9 minutes to find a space

Lots parked out of bay markings, which meant I also had to.
It was more expensive than alternatives but we still decided to book, a discount would be appreciated.....don't ask, don't get!!”
