“Parking has doubled in price since last year, very disappointing. Have been using onsite parking for years and would consider alternatives due to pricing.”
“I missed the turn off to the fast track check in as the off ramp to the right I think is poorly signed and the turn off is on a bend and comes on you very quickly. It cost me £4.00 to get out of the car park that I had to go through to get back to the turn off again.”
“Booked the parking in advance. Was easy to get to I think we parked in the right one. Would maybe be good to have a sign to say it’s for pre booked and pay on the day as we were worried if we did park in the right one.
On the way back our flight was delayed 2 hours and then had to wait for our bags for almost 2 hours so left the car park late. Put the ticket in and told us we were due £270 the attendent sorted it but it did cause a bit of worry and stress.”
“There was insufficient guidance as to how to get to terminal. There seemed to be a shuttle bus but not enough detail as to how where and when. We walked to the terminal which was obviously visible so you could see where you were going but there could be a much better access route. We were an hour late in leaving the car park but no probs 👍”
“Parking was fine although wasn’t easy to find a space. And When leaving I inserted ticket and was asked to pay £200 even though I had already pre paid. Pressed the button and was told my car number plate had been deleted and can happen sometimes. This is not good enough and after a delayed flight and the airport shambles I did not expect car park to be another obstacle.”

I’m fit and able but no bus from long stay and the resultant walk to terminal must be a real issue for older/unfit people.”

“Experience mostly satisfactory, but there is a lack of signage from the terminal building to the long stay car park which resulted in my wife and I wandering aimlessly through different car parks, ending up on main roads with no pavements. Took us 40 minutes to find the car after asking directions from various staff in different locations.”
“Need to sign it better , not just display signs , went into main car park first had to come out and try again , got there eventually, process getting car was ok but you need to put info of colour area online for collection , I was lucky I picked right one first time and the pickup was fine”

The driver who dropped us off said just come back to this point to get picked up....thats OK if you are familiar with Edinburgh airport....were not...we toured the airport 3 times trying to find the drop off/ pick up point!!!

“Spent good 20 minutes finding the Plane parking. Finding a free spot was easy. The size of the parking places is fine. The bus drivers were very helpful! The car was covered with a layer of dust after sitting there for two weeks.”

Like any service provider, it seems Edinburgh Airport Parking are very willing and efficient in your taking payment, but considerably less so in providing any form of customer service. Predictable.”

“not too far to walk but yet again camera did not pick up our numberplate- that's 5 out of 5 times with Edinburgh airport! thankfully you have great staff who quickly sort things out but it is beginning to become irritating.”
“Parking cost was fair the shuttle service was regular however when I put the ticket in the machine to exit it told me I was due £330 after being up for nearly 24hours it was a bit of a shock however after calling for help the problem was resolved with no additional cost”
“No signage on return to edinburgh. Edinburgh airport staff have no idea where the bus stand is, Other bus drivers have never heard of Plane parking. Advertised postcode on google takes you to a runway and the rear side of the airport. car park itself is great and drivers friendly. shocking service at edinburgh airport as a whole though due to being unable to speak to anyone for assistance”
