“We tried to cancel our booking due to issues with car being garage and no one has come back to us, we took the refundable booking but unable to access any one to help us.”
“I use Edinburgh Airport 4/5 a year. On my most recent trip our returning Jet2 flight was delayed 24hrs due to wind issues in Funchal that NCP were aware of. On returning to Edinburgh I explained the situation with 2 guys at the NCP reception, it was like ‘good cop, bad cop’. The ‘bad cop’ was the guy in charge who was most unhelpful and said I’d be charged in excess of £70 and to claim this from Jet2 (despite the fact that, due to Covid, I’d paid for 21 days and used 15 days). He was not user friendly whatsoever. So when I got to the barrier and inserted my ticket, the screen showed I was due £700+, I pressed the help button, got the ‘good cop’ gave him my details and he says ‘you’re good to go!’ Happy Days😊. Thank you ‘good cop’ however it’s not the first the screen at the exit barrier informs me I’ve to pay some excessive amount? I’m booked for another 4 trips in the next 6 months, let’s hope it all goes to plan!”
“The fast park system is very well organised and quick, the reason I’ve only given 3 stars is because there was some damage to a door on our return, there is no phone number to contact anyone so had to go back to reception to try and find someone, the helpful man on duty checked the damage against the photos taken when the car arrived and agreed it had been damaged, filled in a report and advised us to wait up to 3 weeks for a response.
Unfortunately we had a 130 mile journey at night ahead of us and we’re delayed about 45mins sorting this out. Otherwise it’s a great service just unfortunate about the damage”
“Great parking location and reasonable price when booking ahead but as usual the car park did not recognise my car on entry and on my return at the exit I was asked for £140 instead of the £37 I’d paid already in advance.
I’m used to this now as it’s so common so I had my registration and booking number to hand.
So be prepared to explain yourself on your exit as its been the same at Edinburgh airport parking for years and I travel frequently.”
“Everything was good. Found car park, got bus and then walk to entrance. On return no problem except was asked to pay £140 when presenting ticket to leave. Had to contact customer services and with no explanation situation was corrected”

Reasonable price.
The only thing I am not happy about is that my car was scratched in two places. Not happy at all especially the car is brand new.
I have pictures before and after on a car park but don't know where to complain.”
“Location was perfect as was my Fast track through security. However, on returning to my car, I had a chip out of the paint work where a car next to me had parked and connected its opening door with my rear driver side door causing a noticeable chip on the paintwork.”
“We book on line with Plane Parking, who said they had car number plate recognition. We collected ticket on entry to open barrier, we parked and got the bus which was great. On our return we put ticket into machine to open barrier. charging us £140! We Had to use intercom and our booking was then honoured. Disappointed the car number plate recognition was not in place.”
“I have used your carpark many times and not had any issues.
However on this occasion I was charged £40 on leaving due to me being over my alloted time by less than an hour due to my flight being delayed.”

“Quite difficult to find a space initially but car was safe for the duration of my vacation. Upon leaving the car park they did try to charge £165 when it had been pre-paid. Beware!”
“Car was not so clean when picking up. Seat had been adjusted and left. However, dropping off and picking up was speedy and staff were very friendly and helpful”
“I would have given a 5 star review however I was charged an additional fee as we tried to exit the car park. This was through no fault of ours as we had waited fro almost 2 hours for our baggage to come off the plane. This added to the already 2 hour flight daily made a bad situation worse.
The car park is ideally situated and easy to use but I will be reconsidering my options for the future for the reasons provided.”
