“I booked this ahead of time and got great deals so was very happy, the directions given led me to the medium stay car park, and thankfully once I noticed this I did not park in the wrong location. That could have been a disaster as a week-long stay was more expensive. I do have to say if you have luggage there is no clear route on how to take a trolley with two cases to the long-stay car park from the airport or to drag the two cases to the airport. Had to walk back at 2 am along the road. Unfortunately when I left the ticket was not recognized so I had to call the people on the desk who could confirm I had paid and let me out of the car park. SO a reasonable price but you can easily park in the wrong location and need to drop your family off, before going into the car park. Not sure what it would be like if busier walking on the road”

“Trying to find a space was hard enough I actually thought terminal parking was overbooked and for £72 a massive hike in price from last year .
Thank heavens from June I can again park and ride and take 747 bus to airport
Total rip off charges now”
“More clear markers are needed and the line where you turn off the motorway, specific post code! The illumination is missing when leaving car parking - Exit”
“Fine if you are fit and active but it's a fair walk to the terminal. Signage from the terminal to car oark isnt very clear and from.the carpark to the yerminal not great if not too familar. It couod be better. A long walk ans no fun if it's wet, windy and you jave luggage. The price isn't value for money and the car park operators charges feel excessive.”

“Easy to book and reasonably priced. Parking and leaving was easy and spaces not too tight. But the signposting for pedestrians leaving the car park is poor, and getting back from the airport is diabolical. Pedestrian paths, such as they are, not particularly trolley friendly.”
“I returned to Edinburgh on Monday evening from Nice on an easyjet flight.
My flight was delayed by 45 minutes.
On my return to the car park I was asked to pay more for my stay. I was so disappointed it was minutes not hours. So much for customer service. Thankfully I had the funds to pay if some less fortunate traveller had no money after their holiday they would of been stuck.

“Followed the signs saying spaces on a very wet Monday morning around 4am and found one at K3 only to find as we made our way on foot to the terminal there were numerous spaces much much nearer.Will book again but will look for space nearer building.”

“Would consider making alternative parking arrangements in future. The car had been left by Fast Park as far as possible away from the key locker office. Had to walk to near the back of the car park to get there, past row after row of empty parking places. The car could easily have been left even a bit (if not a lot) closer and not right up the back of a half empty car park. Fair enough if it was a busy car park but as I say we walked passed dozens and dozens of empty spaces. It’s a shame because the process worked really well - having someone at the barrier on the way in was really nice.”
“A bit too far from the Airport with no bus service. Came back early morning and signposting was not good. Prebooked and there is no instruction on how to get out. The gentleman I spoke to through the ticket machine was very helpful.”

“The walkway is very poorly marked and maintained. It needs a rain shelter all along. The exit barrier did not recognise my ticket and I had to spend over 10 minutes speaking on the intercom and sorting out the issue.”
“Very easy depositing the car but on return not at all clear as to where the car was parked also not clear as how to get out of the main car park as at the initial barrier it asked us to press a button to get a ticket for exit we then discovered this was not necessary, other wise a very good system.”
