The system didn't pick up our car on departure and tried to charge us £270 when we had already pre-paid for our stay. Spaces were close to terminal but quite tight to get in and out of.

Always used terminal parking at this airport probably won't again couldn't find a parking space and had to circle the car park for ten minutes until we found one suspect it's because spaces have been taken up by the new valet parking scheme.

I used the fast track service this time which was great. All we had to do was park up, put keys into a safe box and walk 1 minute to airport. Upon return collect keys from safe box using the scanned code and car was parked up ready to collect. My ONLY gripe hence a 3 star is whoever parked up my car moved every bloody seat, mirror and steeling wheel setting and changed the radio station and electric dash board display.!! Took me ages to adjust it back to my settings. Total pain and very annoying!!!

Fastpark: Good experience arriving and leaving car, with plenty of staff to help. But our return flight was delayed an hour, which meant we had to pay an extra £4 on exit from the car park, without any kind of prior warning for this eventuality. Worst thing was trying to find the car, as there were 3 different codes written or printed on the tab attached to the car key. Apparently RA means row A. Difficult to find any staff to help at this stage.

Easy enough to park but spaces are tight ....so some lovely member of the public with white car or case managed to scrape drivers door due to their lack of skill &/or etiquette. On arrival sign said full but wasn’t!

Booked in Plane parking which was closed when we arrived so turned around in the next car park. Drove into the staff parking area by mistake and a very rude man shouted at us to leave the area immediately. He later said that we could park in the long stay park instead. Poor communication and not the next impressions of staff. On our return, we were delayed by 4 hours past our original slot. When exiting the car park, we’re asked to pay an extra charge. The staff member on the call help point was again rude and abrupt when we told him what had happened.

We decided on the long stay mainly due to price. We found it difficult to find a space and once found it was quite a walk to the terminal building. When we returned we had a bit of difficulty getting out of our space (not due to our or other customer's parking but the inherent lack of space). Finding the exit was a bit tricky and when found it the machine demanded £176 despite having prepaid and our ticket displaying our car registration! Fortunately the attendant promptly and politely sorted it.

Good value for a 5 day parking, but layout and comms were not great. Signage to exit the parking was not clear and there was not a good pedestrian walkway for a large part of the way. There was also no information regarding pre-payment when we arrived, only prices for parking on the day. A quick sign to say: "If you have pre-paid, simply enter your card at the barrier to exit"

Booking was very straight forward on-line. The only issue is remembering where you parked your car. Although the car park is in zones, it's very easy to lose your car- I know because it happened to me ! Either take lots of pics as reference or get car park owner to give each parking space an individual number

Easy to park. Reasonable cost. Hard to find on return. Very poor signage on the return.

On return from holiday in Tenerife we landed at 0250hrs. Found car easily enough but was delayed 14mins at barriers trying to get out. Machine wanted £200 for parking which we had pre-paid. Booking was eventually confirmed and we were allowed to leave car park.

The arrival was ok but there was a lack of signage to find my way back to the parking on my return and I thought they would have parked my car closer to the terminal as they knew when my flight got in. I had a good long walk to my car with luggage. I mean that's the whole point, right? To have the car ready on return.

Parking was fine and not to far from the airport terminal. The main issue is the lack of adequate signage showing the walking route from the arrivals terminal to the carpark(I.e Long stay car park this way). Pretty frustrating after a long flight . Asked an Avis guy in the end and had to walk on the main road through the car barriers with cases. Could have been easier🥵

The valet parking was average. Aside from being half the price of the other parking (which makes absolutely no sense to me) it wasn't faster than just using any of the other parking. It was weird having to take a ticket to leave via the regular parking only just to have to put that ticket back into the machine at the second exit. Seems totally pointless given they have numberplate scanners anyway. I have just returned from spain where the equivalent is a number plate reader only and no ticket. Better for the environment and faster. I would reccomend terminal parking but not fast park which is slower.

The parking was very simple but I’m not impressed with the fact there is no longer a shuttle bus. Given the weather here there’s a fair chance you’re gonna get soaked

We were parked at the end of the long stay. Signage could be better to show the way to and from the terminal and the exit.

Easy to find and plenty of spaces. Could do with better signage to pinpoint your cars location for when you return to pick it up.
