“Parking very close to the terminal which allows you to walk and be in control rather than waiting for buses for transfers. It was also a very good price. I will use again.”
“Started using the terminal parking instead of the long stay parking. Slightly more expensive, more convenient for long days.
It would be helpful if there was more multi-storey areas built. Would allow installation of sensors to guide to a free space, rather than driving around trying to find a space.”
“The Multistorey definitely isn’t the cheapest parking option at Edinburgh Airport, but it’s easily one of the most convenient. There’s a little bit of confusion at the moment because of changes to the entry/exit card system, but if you pre-book online, it’s generally very straightforward with no real issues. If convenience matters more than getting the absolute lowest price, this is probably one of the best options.”
“It all ran very smoothly with drop off and retrieval of keys. Unfortunately when we got to the car it wouldn't start. The battery was flat. Not the fault of EAP. However as the bonnet was not completely closed it was obvious that the car must have been jump started to get it to its pick-up slot. It would have been good to have been pre warned.”
“PARKING is fine, especially in the long stay car park. But the new ticket machines, on entry and exit are a disaster. To get out of the park, you are invited to press a button, but there is no button to press. So you end up calling the helpline, which means lots of queues.”

“Easy to find a parking spot and only took us about 5 minutes to walk to airport. You keep you own keys so feels very secure. .are a easy start and end to our holiday and was just as cheap as using the further away ones with shuttle buses”
“Have parked here many times now and never had an issue but on my return this time, found settings had been changed on my car, drivers seat wound back to almost 45° , mirrors adjusted to suit seating position, radio stations changed, dashboard display changed, way beyond anything someone would need to do to just park the car, more like someone had been joy riding in the car.”
“Poor Automatic barrier did not recognise my number plate so had to reverse back to press green button. When collection of keys car location flashed up quick then off so didn’t get it as had hands full with kids so took sometime to find car. Then once found got through first barrier no problem however last barrier had to press the call button for assistance which took a few minutes and I had not idea what he said due to back ground noise so overall was not impressed used before with same car and didn’t have problem but this time nightmare”
“Could hardly be any closer to Terminal, just park car, hand key in & off you go on holiday, coming back, key was in locked number box, put in code, get key & off home within 10mins of collecting baggage
Will definitely use again when flying from Edinburgh”
