“I use airport parking often and can’t complain about the parking itself. Very good. However, I have 50% success rate getting out with my ticket on return. Never more than 2 minutes talking to the guy on the intercom to get out, but still don’t understand why it happens. Pre-booked for correct times online, and reg correctly recorded on ticket on way in. So why the need for manual intervention so often on way out?”
“Pretty straight forward really roll up through the gate , park up and get the bus (not long to wait)and get the bus back on return, easy process really.”
“First time using FastPark and it was a great experience. Easy to book, sufficient disabled spaces and directly across from the departures area. Best of all no waiting around for taxis on return. Pricey, but worth it for us.”
“My car wasn’t recognised on the way in or on the way out. On the way out they wanted to charge £510. We had to press the intercom. The people on the intercom were great and sorted it out straight away which is great, but, it was still time wasted for them and for us. The location of the car park was great for the terminal. Fast Track security was good.”

Only issue was leaving the car park it tried to charge me for my parking when I had prepaid. Sorted quickly when I spoke to a member of staff via the call button but it did delay us leaving.”
