I paid a premium to park close to the terminal but the majority of the surface carpark was full so my car was so far away from the terminal that I would have been quicker and cheaper to park in the long stay and take the bus.

Booked the multi storey with fast track. Signage very poor and difficult to differentiate between surface parking, pick up and multi storey entry. Add further confusion by being charged full price on exit. To be fair on challenging the next day I was given an immediate credit.

I pre-booked parking in the Multi-storey. On arrival at the entry barrier a ticket was issued, and pulled from the card dispenser / reader. The barrier did not rise to allow admittance, nor was the remote attendant able to intervene and get the barrier to rise. A further ticket was then issued and this time the barrier did rise. All well and good, but on arrival back into Edinburgh the situation had to be explained to the duty attendant to avoid further payment on exit. On a previous visit, using surface parking, the system failed to recognize my registration and again manual intervention was required, with a repeat visit to the duty attendant on return. For me, the system does not do what it promises ie, speedy parking on arrival and a fast get-away on return.

Parking was prepaid and was ok on arrival as booking was recognised, however, upon putting in my ticket when exiting I was asked to pay £47. Pressed button for assistance and after a wait I gave my reference number and the barrier then went up. Just a bit of unnecessary inconvenience after a long day!

Shocking price of almost 44 pounds for one day terminal surface parking. Will take the train next time.

first of all I think the car parking charges now in place at Edinburgh Airport are outrageous; a license to print money. Secondly arriving at the long stay car park in the early hours I was very disappointed to have the shuttle bus sail past without stopping. Ended up having to walk to the terminal in the rain.

We parked in the official long stay car park on the 27th June. The bus was prompt and we were taken to the coach park - a bit far away from the terminal- where all the parking buses go. We arrived back on 4th July and went with luggage the long way to the coach park. We waited 30 minuets in the cold and wet. No Bus arrived. I asked a Driver from a rival firm who told me the stance had been changed on July 1st and was nearer the terminal. We had been given no information about the change either email or verbally by the driver. My wife was furious. "We would have been quicker walking to the Long Stay and warmer. We are not using them again"

Was slightly late leaving the car park and had a £5 surcharge to pay. Could not pay this at exit barrier so had to ask the queue behind me to reverse so that I could reverse and then find a pay station. Just what you don't want at one in the morning after a long flight!

We payed for 2weeks parking and on our way out the barrier would not lift as it said we owed £525 ha , the assistance button didn't work there was a car behind us so couldn't move , eventually reversed to next exit to call assistance and upon being asked for our ref no for car parking eventually got out , really not impressed

Parking purchased at reasonable cost. Well signposted. My car parked here for two weeks. Following return to airport, I returned to bus park to find stance had been changed that day. No prior notification was received of this . Spaces are limited in size. Front passenger door of car damaged during time in car park. Difficulty in getting out of space due to poor parking - cars parked on access road outwith spaces.

We arranged to park at Plane Parking and the instructions were very poor. Not enough advice re where the shuttle bus would be either going or on our return. Bus took 25 mins to come and the cost of the parking was similar to how much I pay to park within 2 mins walk of the terminal at Glasgow Airport. Prices are too high.

Access was great followed procedures got 1st ticket, went to Multi storey car park, ticket in and out no bother, parked car no bother. All problems come on departure. Get to car, load it, go to barrier, then the problem. When you put card in it says you are to pay £600 to exit. You then have to contact the help desk, have find booking number before accepted as paid. What is wrong I followed procedures as advised, yet have problem. This is not first time this has happened, what am I doing wrong?

There were no spaces available at the on-site airport parking and no way of telling when/where a space may become available. Consequently we wasted about 20 mins driving round and round the car-park trying to spot someone exiting their space and having to "dash" before someone else took the space. We had paid a premium to park within walking distance of the airport, but the extra time required to find a space negated the benefit.

One of the entrances was blocked.I tried to use the right hand one and caught and dented my sill on a way to high curb in the narrow entrance.Leaving the airport in the rain I had to repeatedly find and ask staff where to find the shuttle bus.Two had no idea!

Prices appear to be increasing again after a period of being not too unreasonable. The entrance makes car drivers second class to busses too.

A very poor experience. Made the booking, then wanted to cancel it. It is NOT apparent from their website how to cancel a booking. In attempting to phone the recommended number you find that it is no longer in use. Like the rest of Edinburgh Airport it is a place to avoid.....a complete blackout for 2 hours due to no electricity, 26 minute wait for steps to be brought to the aircraft causing which amused (?) our German crew, etc. Very poor management.

Disappointing service on our return from 3 week holiday. I had obviously made a mistake, and accept it was my error, on the return date on my original order. I was one day out. It's pretty obvious It is a mistake - had I put the right date on the original order, it would probably have been the same price - but I was charged £51. As I say, my fault but attitude of the operative on the intercom was obnoxious and unhelpful, I was put on hold when he was reviewing the order and clearly forgotten about and sat at barrier for several minutes before initiating another call and getting it sorted. Will use other park and ride service in future
