“All smooth sailing until trying to exit the car park. I had a pre paid booking but when I pulled up to the barrier it came up on the screen saying I owed £330 for parking. Spoke to the intercom and he said my booking had ran out at 11am the day before so I had overstayed 14 hours. Checked my booking and I was booked till 5am and was actually leaving the carpark 4 hours early so don't really know what happened but didn't have to pay to exit. Apart from that small blip the car park is in an excellent location and very easy to get into.”
“After queuing to get out due peopke having issyes at the exit barrier, couldn't initially leave the carpark ourselves without it asking for £450 extra payment, had to seek assistance which took a few minutes to rectify, seemed to be happening with a lot of cars leaving as there was multiple people queuing and being delayed on exit, slightly annoying glitch in the system it seems, should of been able to drive straight out!”
“So easy to use this car park, from entry into the car park and at the reception, was a person on hand to help if required. The added bonus was being able to check in for our jet 2 flight.”
“Couldn't be easier. Drive in, leave your keys and it's a short walk acreoss the road to the airport check-in area. On your return scan your receipt, pick up you keys, short walk to you car and drive off.
If I had to find a negative criticism it would be it's a pity the walk to your car is not under cover but that's being really picky.”
“Overall experience ok. Had a problem exiting the car park as the barrier system didn’t recognise I had pre-paid. This seemed to be a common problem judging by the delays on exit.”
