“My second time flying from Edinburgh Airport. Airport changed so much. Coming, took a bit of time to find Fast Parking, I nearly entered another carpark. Eventually found Fast Park and everything went very well. Will use Edinburgh Airport without any hesitation. As system quick and efficient”
“Easy to find following directions on receipt.Whilst at first finding a space looked difficult eventually found there were plenty further over. Shuttle bus made it easy to and from terminal, only drawback as I require a walking stick it is a fair distance between only 2 drop off pick up points.”
“I've used Plane Parking a few times now but this is the first time I've had any sort of issue. When leaving the barrier didn't rise.
I pressed the contact button (it's difficult to know if it is working when you press) and after a few seconds the barrier went up and the green light was on. No one spoke to me.
So.... not a perfect stay this time!!”
“Fast park was easy to use when arriving. However, we only had hand luggage. If we had been carrying more luggage and sports gear there was not enough room to unload between us and the next car that was directed into the bay by the attendant. It was a dry sunny day on our arrival, unloading in the rain would not have been very pleasant. We didnt see any trolleys to transport heavy luggage. On our return it took a while to work out how to get our keys - operator error! Overall good if youare travelling light.”
“Excellent price for parking as booked far enough ahead - however despite the booking, the machine asked for £220 fee on exit.had to sort this with an attendant who thankfully sorted this out
Spaces are quite tight and struggled to find a space on entry as was very busy”
“When I collected my car from Fast Park at Edinburgh Airport, I was surprised to find that multiple settings had been significantly altered. While I understand that minor adjustments may be necessary to move a vehicle, the extent of the changes went far beyond what would reasonably be required.
The driver’s seat had been heavily reclined to a near-horizontal position, as if set for sleeping. In addition, the seat height and reach had been adjusted. The steering wheel had also been repositioned in a way that obstructed my view of key dashboard information.
Both side mirrors had been moved and needed readjustment, which should not be necessary for a short transfer within a car park. More concerning was that the cover for the diagnostic port had been opened. This is not something that would typically need to be accessed when simply parking a vehicle.
Since collecting the car, a new warning light has appeared on the dashboard that was not present before drop-off. This raises further concerns about how the vehicle was handled.
I did not record the mileage or fuel level beforehand, but given the number of adjustments made, it is difficult to understand why such extensive changes were required for a short movement within the facility.
Overall, this experience has left me with serious reservations about using this service again. The level of interference with the vehicle settings, combined with the unexplained access to the diagnostic port and the appearance of a warning light, is unacceptable.
In future, I will opt for parking services where I can retain my keys. The time I have spent restoring my car to its original settings outweighs any convenience offered, and I would prefer the added peace of mind that my vehicle will not be unnecessarily altered.”
“The staff are great, very helpful, great at their job. Cars always easy to pick up & drop off however even though I pay for the parking and always arrive within the booking times I always seem to get charged/outstanding balance upon exiting the car park. This has been on 3 different trips (first time: £26.00 Second time: £15.00 and the most recent 27/04/2026 was £10.00) I had used the intercom to explain I had paid for fast track parking and the guy was helpful however it’s still a bit confusing paying for parking and having these fees pop up.”
“I had a very good experience with this airport parking. My car was left there without any issues, and no one damaged it or hit it with their doors, which is always a concern. I felt confident that my vehicle was in a safe and secure place throughout my stay. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend it to others.”
“Used Fastpark numerous times now. Always a good service. Easy to use and always someone around if you requrie some help. Very handy location especially late at night.”
“Mid Stay Parking is much more convenient than Long Stay. However, the car park surfaces are still too rough to enable wheeled luggage to be manipulated smoothly between car and pedestrian pathways (which can be quite a distance). Still no sign of customer toilets being provided in Long Stay, either - and that's important for those of us driving a long way to the airport.”
