Use this carpark at least 3 times a year, but sadly won't be using it again, flight was delayed, so didn't get out carpark until the next day, I was charged £55 ,for overstay, something that was out of my control, i payed the same for seven days, think its ridiculous that they charge that for late exit. Tryed to book extra day, but because my car was already in carpark coudnt do it, think there system needs to get looked at so late arrivals dont get charged ridiculous amount of money.

Key locker not working when returning to collect car. Informed at office both keys and car not ready to collect, without explanation. Informed minimum of 1hr wait, but expect longer. At 2am in the morning family, including 2 young children, were forced to sit on the floor with no heating in the key drop off area. No further communication from staff or check on welfare. After 2hrs of waiting finally received car, but still no explanation or apology. Terrible service and very poor customer care.

I didn’t her to park my car due to personal reasons and because it was less than 24 hours. Could not move or request a refund. Even though my booking was flexible. Disappointed

Use your parking at least three times a year and will never use fast park again. Turned up Saturday morning at 3 am just back from holiday with my kids and around 150 people waiting for their cars. Nobody taking charge and being told our car is offsite around 2 miles away. This was never communicated to me. I was under the impression my car was always onsite as it does not specify offsite parking. We waited hours for our keys some people waiting over 4 hours for keys. I called the police as tensions were mounting. Elderly and children left in the cold. Now I paid a premium for this product but was given a pound shop service. No contact from fast park no offer of returning the 90 pounds I spent on this excuse of a premium car park. Never again.

I was double charged with no attendant on hand to assist. The parking space I had was very narrow.

We booked fastpark and on return our car was not ready and we had to wait 50 minutes in the cold waiting for someone to find it.

Cat parked much too far away, perhaps a couple of hundred yards at the photo booth. We’re pensioners and had heavy luggage

Atrocious- cost me over an hour to get out due to every car ahead of me getting their ticket rejected and having to call the attendant

Overly expensive for 7 days parking, no walkways for pedestrians to and from the edges of the carpark to the terminal. The price goes up the longer you leave it to book and this is not spoken of before you book.

The machine was poorly lit therefore it was difficult to read instructions at midnight. The machine took the ticket and nothing happened. Had to phone office. Other cars had trouble. Queued. Need to update technology.

Arrived at the parking and waited for the bus along with a crowd of other people, bus arrived but drove straight past us all, you could tell the driver say us but carried on, I chased the bus and knocked on the window for him to carry on driving on. Ultimately we walked to the terminal

Thank you for your review, It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit and I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. This was a truly awful experience. After arriving back at 2:30am we were advised our car wasn’t ready and there would be a delay of a minimum of one hour. We waited an hour and a half in the freezing cold with two small children, with no real information coming. At least if you keep your keys you can go get your car. Here the car is parked offsite and they bring it back to you. Total shambles with 200 people waiting for their cars and no place to wait, will not use again

Drop off went as planned. Pick up was complete shambles an chaotic. The fast park apparently was overbooked and cars from the day prior could not be moved due to capacity, stopping around 100 people getting their cars at 1am-4am on 12/10/24. Many young children standing in single figures temperatures, a staff member saying maybe an hour wait - some people already there 2 hours. After arriving at the car park to get my car around 230am - I eventually got away at 5am. No manager came to discuss the problem or face many angry people, kids as young as 1 shivering from the cold and tiredness from overnight flights. Asked for heating to be put on but was told it was ‘broken’. No warm drinks provided to many cold children, adults and some people with disabilities. When it works, it might work well but they have messed up overbooking with greediness and caused a lot of distress for many people. Cars were eventually brought back one at a time as multiple staff had to move several cars to get your one out with the way they operate. No contingency planning for faults or for customers arriving back from warm climates to 2+ hour waits for your car in 5c temperatures. I am rightly contacting them for a full refund and many people that suffered this that morning or if it’s a regular thing should definitely do the same.

My experience of this was terrible. After arriving back in Edinburgh, I went to collect my car. There was approximately 100 people also waiting to collect their cars. Some already having to wait in excess of 2 hours for their car. We arrived with 2 young children, and we were made to wait around 90 minutes to receive our car. There was no heating in the building, our children were extremely cold and tired. We eventually got our car at around 4:30am. When I eventually did get my car, when I tried to leave the car park. I got a ticket from the barrier, this then tried to charge me another £6 to leave! Absolute shambles from start to finish. Would not use this service again.

How long can you delay passengers on landing? Are inbound flights not expected? Oh, they need stairs, possibly two. Maybe a bus, let's not send two unless they really need two at a remote stand Pass Controle: staff doing hee-haw, meanwhile all direct

I arrived 13 minutes early for 3.5 days of parking (at a cost of £50) and was charged a £120 surcharge. This is wholly disproportionate. I have submitted a request for the surcharge to be refunded.
