Not good very confused by fast track it leads you to think you are to park on level 2 - very vague also this bridge option etc - no Signs anywhere / my daughter and me drove 3 times around and had to pay £4 , £1 and £1 trying to work it out stressed to the max and almost missed our flight . We felt assured when we met another couple in the lift who had been through the same horrible dilemma - the old priority parking was brilliant this new system is awful

Long Stay Express has the potential to be a great service, but unfortunately our automatic vehicle was left in neutral (i.e. the car was left ON) when they moved it to our pick-up space so the battery had drained flat meaning we couldn't drive home straight after our long haul flight. We had to phone the AA and wait two hours in the cold car in the carpark for them to come and sort us out. When I went to the Long Stay Express office to let them know, the first comment was "oh, we'll have to send an email out to all staff letting them know that you have to put an automatic in Park to park it". Does not really fill you with confidence when you are leaving your car in their care. The staff did try to be helpful, but after a trip to the US I was starkly reminded of the differences in British approach to customer service. That said, I will give the service another try as it has been he potential to be great, I think next time I would make sure to give explicit instructions to the team regarding my car so as to avoid any issues like this again.

Having pre-booked the surface terminal car park there were no space. I had to sit in the car and wait until someone came back tot heir car and then race other cars to the spot. I had to do this 3 times before I was successful in finding a space which meant I was late and had no time for Duty Free

I was stunned to arrive at the car park, having paid a good amount of money to park there, to find there were no spaces available. It is a huge car park and it was more than full. There were a large number of vehicles which were parked on double yellow lines, on pavements or in front of single line parking spaces. I was forced to park illegally, too, as there was no other option. The buses to and from the terminal do not run often enough. I saw one bus during the 15 minutes or so that I was trying to find a space, and waited almost another 10 for a bus to arrive. When I came back, I waited 20 minutes for a bus, which was rammed full and there were still people waiting to get on. Come on, Edinburgh, you need to improve this hugely!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry that you had difficulty parking on your last visit to Edinburgh Airport. Your comments have been passed to the appropriate team. As an alternative to self- parking, can I draw your attention to our Long Stay Express Parking. This is a stress free meet and greet service where you leave your car, one of our experienced drivers park your car in a secure on site location. On your return, your can is parked in a return bay ready for collection. I trust this information is useful for you. Your review is invaluable to enable the service we provide to improve.

we have used the long stay at Edinburgh previously and found it an excellent service but on this occasion we found it impossible to find a vacant space , there were 2 unused spaces but due to the poor parking of other users they were too tight for any of us driving round to risk attempting , I appreciate that is not the fault of the airport but it left us in a quandary . so we parked at end of row , on road as others had done and hoped for the best .if we pay a premium for a space then one should be available

As a regular traveller from Edinburgh Airport and as it gets bigger and busier with new routes etc, it is becoming more and more difficult to find a self park space in the Long Stay Car Park. I noticed this week alone, cars parked up on pavements...I would hate for their to be an emergency evacuation. I have also tried the express lane a couple of times and it also takes ages to process on arrival (as more and more people try it and think its quicker....) The bus to take you back to the car park on return is not regular and can take more than 30 minutes to wait and as the Scottish Weather gets colder its going to get even more difficult.

To be honest i was very disappointed in regards to the parking availability in the long stay car park as when i arrived there were absolutely no spaces available whatsoever and i was forced to park my car in an area with no actual designated parking bays. When i spoke to one of the parking assistances he advised as i had pre paid there would be no issue leaving my car outwidth a space. To be honest this did not elleviate my worry that my car could potentially be damaged. Due to driving round the car park for over an hour and concious of time i had no choice but to just hope my car would be ok until i came back. Personally i think when people using your car park should be allocated a space rather than being left to find one. It was a frustrating start to my holiday.

Unfriendly service. We are regular fliers from Edinburgh and we have previously used car parks outside the airport. On arrival we were met by a grumpy member of staff who seemed frustrated that his customers didn't know the Express Parking procedures. The bus to the terminal then takes a detour to a local hotel to pick up a couple more people. On our return we were met by other grumpy staff who simply asked for 'Name' then gave us a number and were frustrated that we didn't know what that meant. What appears to be a good setup is ruined by staff who lack the friendly customer service of their rivals.

Sign posting to zones very poor. Took us ages to find zone Q. Also, registration recognition did not seem to work. When I inserted my ticket, I was advised that I was required to pay £160!. While this was eventually sorted, it caused unnecessary stress.

Pretty Poor, booked into the long stay which was full. Surely you don’t sell more spaces than you own? Eventually found someone to speak to who told me I was to go to the mid stay car park. Transferred over my ticket via the intercom and eventually found a space. However, on returning from my holiday the machine attempted to charge me £100?!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Unfortunately due to high demand at another car park, the spaces in Long Stay were filled very quickly which is a rare occurrence. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused. Your review is invaluable to enable the service we provide to improve.

I booked meet and greet with express parking but when we arrived it was too busy and told to park anywhere and catch the bus at nearest stop! If I had wanted this I would of chosen another parking company that may have been cheaper.

I paid extra to get Surface parking but couldn't get in the closest car park. Disappointed to have to park further away as I think I could have got that for cheaper online. Even more disappointed to have flight delayed, arrive back even later than expected and to have to walk back through dark rainy carpark on my own. There is no visible security in this part!!! You are getting 2 because I use this service constantly for work and generally it is good and handy.. But this occasion was disappointing and should really be very poor as I didn't get what I paid £55 for. (The picture I am sharing is from another occasion when I was in the closer carpark - it is just quite funny.)

We arrived at 04:30hrs with an online booking. First the ANPR did not work creating an issue when we tried to depart on our return and got requested to pay 3 times what we had already paid by the automated machine - we did not do so thanks. Second we had to wait for a bus for more than the advertised 10minutes. The people ahead of us were starting to walk to the terminal when a bus finally appeared. Then the predictable happened, the bus got so full of parkers and then the drop-off passengers that the bus was overloaded and uncomfortable in the extreme. Then we went to the Doubletree Hotel to pick up even more passengers - how stupid is that? - some crammed on but some sensibly stayed behind. Why can’t you lay on enough buses instead of trying to squeeze even more profit out of this racket? My lasting impression of this experience is of lousy service - I for one do not wish to pay for this type of de-humanising treatment. Please make it more comfortable for everyone with MORE buses thank you. SLOW, INEFFICIENT, UNCOMFORTABLE AND BADLY THOUGHT OUT - NO CARE FOR CUSTOMER COMFORT. I use many airports all over the world while does my capital city airport compare so badly? Shame on you.

Directed to areas R & S , then walked past at least 40 spaces nearest the terminal. I felt ripped off after paying top price . The walk was 10 mins , just as quick as a shuttle off site for half the price. Edinburgh Airport now being too greedy , they do not appreciate regular customers.

Sign at gate said Car park was full and to use another area S I think. This was far from the terminal and we may as well have paid less and gone to Long Stay. What was annoying is that when we walked through the surface car park it was not full at all.

Mid term parking. Long, uncovered walk from terminal over numerous construction works. Poorly signposted on exiting airport terminal leading to you going to the nearest car park first then having to double back to walk round the tram tracks.

My wife is disabled and we have a blue badge so I paid for the surface car park to enable us to park in front of the terminal building. When we arrived all the disabled spaces were full and not only that but the whole car park was full so I had to drop off my wife and park in the overflow car park across the road at back of the surface car park. I feel we paid a lot of money for nothing.

The new "Express" parking is not great. It is no more express than standard parking and how it can be cost effective for EAP beats me. I used it inadvertently because it was the lowest cost option on the online booking last week. This week I have elected to pay an "extra" £5 to pay for standard. I am also finding your updated online booking less user friendly. When I tried to pay I was told the email address was in use by another customer. So I put in my work email address and the payment was accepted. I could be returning to PremiAir next week.
