“On other occasions I would rate your service as very good but this time I did experience a blip in the system. When I arrived at the gate I expected the system to recognise my car registration as I had prepaid but it didn't but offered me a ticket which would mean a charge to exit. I contacted the member of staff and tried to explain but he just said the system was trying to give me a ticket for entry. Being uptight already about getting things right for my flight I took the ticket feeling sure that I would have to sort it out on my return and I was right as on exit there was a £160 charge to pay. I contacted the member of staff and after convincing him that the registration number I gave was correct he again checked system and found my booking which was already paid. Not good after a four hour flight.”
“We have used FastPark several times now and always been happy with results. Process is easy from booking through drop off and return. There's always someone there to help if required.”
“That’s twice I have followed the instructions from the booking and on both occasions was asked to pay on exiting. Had to press the buzzer and hold up other cars while my booking was verified, think they need to rethink this”

“Straight forward easy process. Booked online in advance; followed instructions to the car park; found a space; left car for 2 nights/3 day without issue. Far easier than getting a taxi or inconveniencing someone else to drop off and pick up esp as return flight was delayed slightly.”
“A fantastic service and will definitely use this in the future. You just leave your keys and they go and park your car, So easy to use, when you come back from your holiday you scan your ticket and and the message comes up telling you what box your car keys are in and what section your car has been parked for you. The great thing is it's walking distance from the airport terminal building.”
