“I prepaid for my parking but upon exiting was informed I had an outstanding fee of £491.00 to pay! Called for assistance and was allowed to exit after the member of staff checked my vehicle registration on the system.”
“The mid-stay is a great distance just a quick walk to the airport, I've always been able to find a space fairly quick.
The reason I've given it 3 stars is after a delay at Bristol and a late flight I was held up for a further 10 minutes as another car driver spoke to the operator at the exit. It would be more convenient if there were other exits or a way for the operator to see other cars in the queue and could ask the driver holding people up to deal with their issues at the pay station.”
“Easy to book, access and leave the parking. Felt safe.
Very difficult to find a space. Although a sign pointed to spaces, was unclear if you could go through the metal gate.
Next challenge was to find the walk way to the terminal from the furthest away place you could possibly park. (Long Stay)
Both resulted in 30 minutes from entering parking to getting to terminal. Not 6-8 minutes as quoted.
Could really improve these two areas.”
“Perfect location and easy access to security. Downside was I had to change car registration and whilst access worked well, leaving the car park was a nightmare as the system did not recognise the change in car registration. That is poor service.”
“If you're not careful you'll miss the sharp entrance, but once you're there you'll find a fast and easy drop off. They just need a sign to show where the trolleys are if you have a lot of luggage.
Dropping and picking the keys was easy enough.
However finding the car was difficult as they signpost areas but not the individual spot. So if a car is parked you can't see the number.
Once we did get to the car it was parked so tight to other cars couldn't get the luggage trolley through and had to take a detour around to reach the boot. Was a bit tight to get in.
Don't understand why the volume was cranked up so high on starting the engine, and was it really necessary to adjust the seat and back positions along with mirrors? Don't think so and this annoyed me, especially arriving at 2am in the morning.”
“Valet parking Going in was easy enough. But finding your car in valet parking is a pain. Someone writes the space on the tag on your key and it is so illegible you cannot find your car”
“I booked 2 cars in for parking , Number plate recognition did not work and subsequently on leaving the car park we were asked to pay £95 and £120 for our parking, we managed to resolve this and received a refund (very quickly ) for the £95, managed to sort out the £120 charge with the help and excellent service of the car park assistant”
“Location: Great location for airport parking area. I found a space and parked on level 4.
Infrastructure: Came back after 10 days to my car covered in concrete dust spots. Suspected water leaks dripping from rooftop parking level 5 onto car on level 4.
Procedural: Was not 100% clear on why I needed to validate my ticket upon exit, when everything was prepaid up front. Looking back maybe it is in case of overstays. Maybe a comment on or a diagram to explain this would make more logical sense.”
“Had the car in the park for just over a week. Found the distance to departures ok, but signage wasn't great. Also on return, it wasn't clear if my pre-paid ticket would work at the barrier on exit or if I needed to validate at a machine. There were no explanatory notices in the Pay Centres. There were a few cars stuck at the barrier on exit who I assumed had not validated their tickets leading to a delay in exiting.”
“Pre-booked, pre-paid. Arrived on time to find the place packed and cars circulating forlornly. Eventually found an overflow car park space.
On leaving, again on time, I was presented with an “excess” bill of £165! It was waived of course.
But what a shambles! This place used to be run efficiently. What’s happened to you?”
“On arrival at long stay directed to spaces on right - which was full. notice still there on my return. spaces available nearer the airport. Return flight delayed by several hours, but nothing on my booking info to tell me what to do. Wasted about half an hour going from exit to pay point and back to exit and back to paypoint. Your operators were helpful but by then I was so tired and stressed that it took me ages to get sorted. In view of the present cancellations etc it would be helpful to be given info when booking”
“Generally ok but the anpr misread my registration number on entry-2 of 7 digits/letters incorrect- making for additional albeit minor stress in an already stressful day as days like this always are. I have to say that the staff responded quickly and resolved it. Thank you to them. This basic tech error should not be allowed to continue. The other issue is the very narrow parking spaces which are unsuitable for current suvs, leaving little space for anyone else to open doors.”
“The staff were very good but it seems unrrasonable not to be able to get a full refund when our flight was cancellled by easyjet 10 min before we were due to board. So we only used your parking service for a couple of hours.”
