“Well organised system of leaving your car,especially if you are a blue badge holder.On return car was parked right at the key boxes ,couldn't be closer. The only problem is watch the entry ramp, it's very easy to miss and costly as you are charged as though you'd parked ,to circle the system to return to the ramp you need.”
“Ridiculously expensive, incredibly small parking spaces and massive queues to get out. The parking at the airport used to be just about worth it, especially with a toddler, but it has gone the same way as the extortionate drop-off charges”
“Pretty much trouble free at Plane Parking and would definitely use again.
My only gripe, and I know there were other drivers felt same - you were told a ticket would be issued on entry and would be needed for exit, which didn’t happen - this was quite concerning and was informed by driver that tickets not issued anymore. This could easily have been rectified by a follow up email”
“It should be made clearer than when booked and prepaid, no ticket will be issued on arrival.
This caused us confusion as we didn’t know this and wondered if we would be charged again for the stay when trying to exit the car park.”
“Very convenient process. Parking is right in front of terminal building and everything was easy to navigate.
Only downside, returned to my car and all the settings had been changed. Heater up full blast, seats all the way forward and someone else's phone had been connected via AirPlay. I can't imagine they were in the car long enough to need to change these things, so that was frustrating.”
“Exit barrier would not open. Queue forming,scanned card which was still attached to my car key on both stands at side of car.Second one issued a ticket and barrier lifted. Got to the second set of barriers and hade to pay £10 to exit.”
