Despite being away for 7 days and advising my flight details my car keys were not available on my return.
I had to wait 20 minutes for my car to be collected from an overflow car park.
Car was covered in dust.”
“First time trying the Fastpark Valet Parking facility at the airport and I have to say it was seamless and well run. I followed the online video of what to do and where to go and even though I was not sure what would happen with the credit card key I have instead of a physical key which is referred to in the video I should not have been concerned as this had been thought about and catered for. There is always someone on hand to help in case of any problems too.”
“Slight issue when trying to leave, the ticket produced when entering did not have my car reg number on it, when I tried to leave the barrier would not open and I was told there was an unpaid ammount due, even though I had pre booked and paid. The Gentleman on the intercom told me sevferal times that he had no record of my vehicle registration or booking reference, and it took some time and numerous repeats of my booking ref and car reg before I could finally leave.”
“Car park was easy to find and access. Directions were clear after entering car park. Process both arriving and leaving was very straightforward and took less than 5 minutes. Car park is situated directly opposite Terminal Building. I will definitely use this again”
“Used fast parking and was the easiest and most effective parking EVER!
With a buggy and 2 suitcases all we had to do was hand our keys in and walked out straight into the airport. It was a breeze!
Coming out the airport u scan your ticket and ur keys pop out which tells u which parking space ur car is in. Excellent and would use in future 100%”
“Arrived back at 7pm at reception from long trip on plane. Then informed our car keys were not ready and not in box. Got involved in a wait for an assistant who appeared more interested in conversation with someone who appeared to have lost their car !! Waited and waited - others customers in same boat arriving. Very stressful. Eventually keys came from the office and they clearly had not been put in box timeously. Cannot understand delay as a slow Monday evening where there should not have been any real pressure”
“From entry to pick up it is hard to fault FastTrack parking. Unfortunately however, the problems started when leaving the airport boundary - with various ABS / ESC yellow warning lights coming on. It was quite distressing given my vehicle was left in a healthy state before our holiday. I'm not sure where the vehicles are stored or parked up once left but it appears something has happened to a sensor at some point during our time away. We were maybe just unlucky but returning to your car with yellow warning lights is less than ideal.”
“I arrived a couple of hours late due to an aircraft problem at Gran Canaria and when I tried to leave the car park the gate showed a outstanding bill of £260 before I could leave. After several minutes speaking to the assistant they opened the gate.
This is the second time this has happened to me at EAP parking last time the bill was over £1000 which again after speaking to the assistant the barrier was lifted”
