“As always, very quick and efficent. Staff very helpful and the whole process is quick and easy and then a 1 minute walk to the terminal. Upon arrival back into Edinburgh everything is the same, quick and easy.”

It looks like new machines are installed as on arrival number plate was read and barrier opened (no ticket issued this time which was surprising)

“Fast parking is the best but is one of the most costly if you do not book in advance. Love the location and how easy it is to access when returning on a late night/ early morning flight.
Also there is always someone on hand to help you.”

“We’ve used the valet parking multiple times as it’s so convenient. I wouldn’t park my car anywhere else. The only small thing on our most recent trip was that all the cars being collected from our flight, the car keys were in the same locker. So there was a queue. Which at 4am with very tired small children wasn’t ideal especially as there were several lockers not in use at the time as everyone needed access to the same one. This wouldn’t put me off using again though as the staff are always friendly and it’s so handy having the car there and ready to go.”
“Very handy and convenient; is getting a tad on the expensive side now v a taxi & at night exit signage is super poor - nearly ended up getting charged another tenner driving out the short stay side following traffic in front. Wasn’t clearly signposted from arrivals to collect car. The cameras scanning cars going in haven’t worked since June so not got that proof of no damage advertised. Still a good service just some small bugs”

Drove into ground floor,expecting an entrance to other floors.
Nil had to pay 8.50 to exit to allow me to enter other floors to park .
Signage not very good.”
“Quite expensive although no doubt justified as being competitively priced. My number plate was not recognised and it was difficult to speak to attendant over intercome on way in due to noise. Coming out my plate was again not recognised.”
“Everything was fine as usual but on exit we had to wait at exit as you were asking for another £10 for no reason so had to Walt on someone to deal with it and lift the barrier not impressed to say the least
