“We got our brand new car that day, at 5pm. When we collected the car there was a chip in the paint and the fob had clearly been dropped 3 times. 2 scuffs and an inch scratch! Considering we had the car for not even 11 hours from brand new at drop off, it’s clear this happened in car park. Can’t get a hold of anyone in regards to this. Only booked this service last minute as we didn’t know our cars registration plate! Will never use again!”
