“I turned up and spent ages trying to find a parking space in the multi-storey. It was full, although the electronic signs did not say it was full but that there were spaces. In the end I gave up and drove outside and found a space in the standard terminal parking. This was ok but the multi-storey is supposed to be so near, and I ended up a walk away from the terminal. I think the airport should only allow you to book if it can guarantee a space. At the moment there is clearly over-booking going on. Several other drivers were in the same predicament, driving round and round hoping for a space.”
“Used plane parking as usual. Good experience. Easy to park and bus provided to and from car park. It was expensive this time as I booked approx two weeks prior to our holiday. I would advise booking as early as possible.”

I have used the pre booked multi story parking option frequently and not had any issues, however, my latest visit was not hassle free.
On entry, when trying to access the mutli story, the barrier failed to open and was giving me a an error message for my ticket. I had to reverse out away from the barrier (with someone behind me having to do the same to let me out) to try the other entry and it did the same before opening a shot time after.
On return 10 days later when inserting my ticket I was met with a message saying I had an outstanding balance of £620 to be paid. Despite knowing I had pre booked parking, you still have the moment of uncertainty and the prospect of a being £620 lighter!. A short conversation with the operator via the barrier control resolved the issue but it was not exactly ideal having come off a delayed flight at 1 am in the morning. what is usually a hassle free experience was definitely not on this occasion.”
“We used the FastPark service for the first time having previously opted for the Premier parking. Fastpark was so easy to use and co convenient, and as such this will be the way we go for future bookings. We arrived, dropped of the keys and walked directly into the departures area. Minutes. Upon return, it couldn't have been easier, grabbed the keys from secure locker then into the car and out, again within minutes of leaving the airport arrivals building. From stepping off the airplane to being in the car and heading homeward took just over 30 mins, where we'd always factored in an hour previously. Recommended.”
