On this occasion having been accepted at the entry barrier and driven forward a steward requested not only to see my fast park check in pass but also the original confirmation email before permitting me to park . This took a considerable amount of time to find and I am at a loss why it was necessary”

“I paid in advance for 7 days stay, upon leaving i inserted my ticket into machine then it displayed that i owe £165, i called the intetcom and informed them, after tense few minutes the barrier was raised then i was able to exit, did not explain what went wrong, but be careful when booking, make sure u keep email”
“Used plane parking for the second time and had an overall very good experience and for a good price. Whole process was smooth and stress free.
Booking was straightforward and they provided clear instructions on how to access the parking with the car reg barrier for entry and ticket for exit . Also gave useful directions for getting there as the parking is over the tramway and down a road which curves round south east of the terminal.
I didn’t have to wait long for the short transfer to and from the terminal. I liked how the bus takes you very close to the east entrance to the terminal and seems to be used only by shuttles for the airports own parking.
The shuttle buses were modern and spacious (and immaculate) . Drivers were polite and professional too.
Big car park but there were plenty of spaces to park. Tidy parking area too (as some other parking can be a bit cramped and on rough ground).
