“I am a blue badge holder and I was able to park in a designated blue badge holder parking bay. This was in the terminal parking area. I just had to cross the road to the departures which only took a few minutes. There were quite a few disabled parking bays available when we arrived. I would recommend this parking area. I pre-paid the parking and we were able to exit the car park without any problem. Thank you for the efficient service.”
“Good service, although the need to massively adjust the seat, change the radio stations and have all the heated seats and steering wheel on leave a feeling that the quality of service isn't exactly high.”
“From arriving at 0500 at FaatPark to having a very happy chap dancing in the rain to tell me where to park my car / the chap in the key drop telling me how it worked and what to do when I came back and the very helpful lady at 0300ish helping when we came back - brilliant. Never used the service but most definitely will again.”
“Driver was friendly and helpful. Only problem I had was on exit. My ticket was not recognised and showed a charge of £45. The person on the intercom was very helpful and the glitch was speedily resolved.”

“Hi. I’d just like to leave a review about my parking. It’s a wee bit of a story. I arrived with my family through the fast park. Was really good and got through very quickly. Just across road from main airport which was very handy as I had young kids with me. Proceeded to bag drop off only to find my wife had forgotten her passport. Was in a bit of a panic about getting car back to drive back to Stirling and get the passport. I don’t know his name but staff at key drop off was awesome. Very calm and friendly. Helped me retrieve the car keys and had other cars moved so I could get out of airport. Rushed back and got the passport and parked up again. As I said before I don’t know this staff members name but I couldn’t praise him highly enough!! Whomever he was….thank you so much and helped make an extremely stressful experience that wee bit more bearable!! 5 star plus from me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
“Used the fast park for the first time. Found it very easy and convenient for both drop off and pick up. Friendly helpful staff around both times. I don’t know if I had booked exceptionally busy dates or if it was because I only booked 3 days before travelling but the price was extortionate for a weeks parking. Had no choice but to pay it”
“Staff on ground to guide you through the process was a big plus. Even in the early hours of the morning you still get help from a human if required. Process was very straightforward it was our first time of using this service was really helpful to get someone to assist. Brilliant service and was so close to terminal for parking. We were charged £7 on our way out of the terminal barriers but was sorted by quick call on the machine beside the exit barriers.”
“As expected from previous uses. Wasn’t access. Plenty of spaces, even with it being school holiday time. Simple walk to terminal building. Easy exit on arrival back.”
