“Parking in the Long Stay is always convenient. A bit disappointing this time, as it was quite expensive (£15 a day equivalent) and, as often happens, the barrier on the way out set the heart rate racing when it asked for the full rack rate price.”

“Terrible. 4 am and tried to get out the car park ti be told I need to pay £222. Already pre paid and was told it was number plate recognised. Had to buzz advisors while a que formed behind me. 2nd time this has happened. Big price for very little. Just get a lift the next time.”
“Not only this time, but many times before it has happened — when entering, the camera does not recognize my car’s registration number, and I have to call the staff via the intercom and provide my booking details to enter the car park. Then, when leaving, after inserting the parking ticket, a high parking fee appears on the screen, which is stressful, and again I have to call the staff. This situation has been going on for a long time, and nobody is doing anything about it.”
