“I am a weekly commuter via the airport and use your Official Parking system each week. I find it easy to use and usually it works well. But two things went wrong last week. I had booked in multistorey but on entering the car park on Monday 20 April I was issued with a card for terminal parking. This meant that I was denied entry to the multistorey when I reached it, thinking that I had been issued with the right card. This was awkward and embarassing, as I had to back out, holding up cars behing me who were seeking acces to the multistorey. Then I found that your office beside the lifts to the multistorey was closed when I returned on Thursday 23 April, so I was unable to speak to anyone about this. I have these questions: Why did this happen? What was I to do when issued with the wrong card? Do I get a refund, as I paid more that multistorey? “First time using mid stay parking and got a space very easily, also right next to the gate so very handy and quick.
Only issue was coming back after my trip. Spotted two needles sitting next to my car on the ground, was a bit unsettling, I reported to a staff member who was walking along at time and he said he’d report to right person.”
