“I recently used Plane Parking at Edinburgh Airport from 3 June to 8 June and had a very positive experience.
The parking facility was easy to find thanks to the clear road signs and directions. The car park itself was well lit, which made me feel comfortable and secure when arriving and collecting my vehicle.
The shuttle bus transfer to and from the airport was convenient and efficient, with minimal waiting time. A special mention goes to the driver, who was very friendly, professional, and helpful, making the journey even more pleasant.
Overall, the service was excellent, well organised, and good value for money. I would happily use Plane Parking again and would recommend it to anyone looking for reliable airport parking at Edinburgh Airport.”
“Easy to book and pay for. Easy to find. Arrived and found a place, parked. Convenient Bus straight to Airport. Returned from holiday, bus again convenient, only a couple of minutes wait. 4 stars as ticket machine didn't recognise our ticket and asked for £200 + had to contact via intercom and the man opened the barrier - but seriously not what we wanted after a long-haul flight.”
“I booked the Terminal Carkpark which was a 2 minute walk from car to departure building. Booking, parking up then leaving after we returned was quick and easy. The only thing I was a bit surprised at was the width of the parking spaces as were very narrow especially as its in an airport carpark where people have lots of uggage, prams etc to load and unload ,I drive a corsa so just be aware of this when booking also remember which area your parked using the letters on poles or you could be walking around for hours lol. Apart from this it was absolutely great and I would defo use again and recommend to anyone.”
“Easy to locate, however extremely frustrating when pre-book and pay but go to leave and put ticket in machine and told cost £340 and have to contact to speak to someone to say pre-booked and give details b4 exit this should jot haplen”

“I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my recent experience using your service at Edinburgh Airport.
When I collected my vehicle, it had been parked in such a way that I was unable to access the driver's door. As a result, I had to climb into my car through the passenger side and manoeuvre across to the driver's seat.
This was both inconvenient and unacceptable, particularly after returning from a journey when customers expect a smooth and professional handover of their vehicle. I trust that vehicles are moved and stored with sufficient space to allow safe and normal access for customers upon collection.”
“I was initially nervous about this but really easy to use. Booked, arrived and clear signage, plenty of spaces to choose from. Getting out was also easy.
I did feel a little uneasy by the lifts but it was early hours of the morning and I was a lone female.”
