I was stuck at the back with my bag and couldn't get off at my stop. The driver didn't help anyone to organise where to stand etc. and was impatient and tried to drive away before I got off. A whole family had to get off the bus at the wrong stop in the middle of the night.”

“Although purportedly "convenient", the terminal surface car park is usually very full and you end up a long walk from the terminal, with no cover when it is raining and a difficult uneven path when you are trundling luggage. This is not helped by the airport closing off the most convenient entrance to and from the car park - right opposite check in. That adds another 100 yards or so. And the parking is, in my experience, the MOST EXPENSIVE AIRPORT PARKING I have ever encountered anywhere in the world (even New York and Paris). Edinburgh Airport is not well managed from a customer perspective, it seems to be getting away with ripping people off and not providing service, in the sole interest of shareholders. Welcome to Scotland - I think not! It has a monopoly, and it knows it.”

This is not an acceptable process to take money without adequate spaces available.
An employee directed me into “drop off spaces” that were empty.
A rethink on facilities or extension is essential
