Unhelpful service at the car park

Entry and exit into the Mid stay car park is too tight for turning into. There is no reason for having it so tight. Cost of parking is so expensive and congested. No loyalty program either. You have to write a review to get 10% off, why not reward loyal (i mean customer that have little choice but to use it) for their business

There were no spaces, we went round the car park for about 45 minutes, people were double parked because of lack of parking, we noticed a couple with luggage walking up car park so we followed them and when they drove off we got their space. Customers should be allocated a parking space on arrival, we will not be using your car park again .

No parking spaces. Cars parked on roads, verges. Had to wait on someone leaving to get a space.

Being a frequent user of Terminal parking and fast track unfortunately let down on this occasion with the fast track bridge doors not open at 04.50 and had to go all the way through the main terminal. Gave explanation to your representative at security where you show your booking info and ticket and got a shrug of shoulders with no apology very rude ! I had my friends with me that use edinburgh airport on a frequent basis and they were not impressed.

When we arrived at the car park, having made a booking and already paid (and had everything confirmed by email), the car park said it was full. We had to ask for assistance to find out what was happening, and point out that we had a confirmed booking. The person on the assistance intercom did not sound at all reassuring, and gave us no confidence, but opened the barrier. After driving around for a long time - all this while not having very much spare time before our flight - we found one space. However, the parking spaces are very tight and it took several attempts to fit in to it. If you had a large car then I think it would have been damaged in the process. While the car park is a short walk from the terminal, the overall experience did not leave us with any confidence about the way that it is run and whether there would even be a space available after making a booking. We would hesitate before considering this car park again.

After 8 years of excellent experience, my recent visit saw the car park jam-packed with cars abandoned on kerbs, yellow lines, etc. Is this due to the use of the car park by building contractors?

Far too expensive for less than 12 hours £35. Cheaper to drive return from GLA

We had a disabled passenger with us and could not get into a disabled parking bay as all full , so we ended up parking in section M which is quite a long way away from designated bays. Surely you should have more of these bays as you don’t seem to have very many comparied with size of airport

Challenged on exit saying nothing recorded and 130 pounds to pay .Had to dig for reference number to eventually gain exit .Surely registration should be enough .

Mid term parking was easy to locate on arrival by car. Less so several days later leaving the airport on foot, car park signs only lead to multi story parking on exit. Due to flight delays we were required to pay another £6 parking, only not possible at exit machine so had to back up from exit, not easy with 2 cars directly behind. Very poor signage to get to the pay machines.

We have relied on Edinburgh Airport parking for a number of years, finding it very reliable with easy bus access to the terminal. But our parking experience for our most recent holiday - we're just back from a trip to Turkey - has left us really disappointed, and wondering if we should use another parking facility next time. As usual, we'd arrived in good time for our flight - the Jet2 service at 10.30am on Tues 15th May - to find that despite having booked and paid for parking some 3 months previously, there was not a parking space to be had. At least a dozen other cars were touring the site looking for somewhere to park at the same time as us, and we began to wonder if we'd be able to find something in time to catch our flight - not a nice start to our holiday. Cars were being left on the roads around the site, some were parked on hatch "no parking" areas, some were parked on double yellow lines and risked being towed away ( a bit of a worry when you're away on holiday). We were lucky enough to find a corner pavement abutting a number of parking spaces which was free, so managed to get our car up onto that and parked out of anyone's way. But we worried all the time we were away about whether the car was going to be there when we got back. Fortunately it was, but our concern was the one black spot on our holiday. Not sure we want to risk that again, so will review other parking sites near the airport for our next trip. A big disappointment that we seem to longer to be able to rely on our usual arrangements. Very poor.

After parking the car in the specified area it wasn't clear as to how we got to the check in desk - yes we were priority customers but it wasn't well sign posted and we ended going back and forward to find the check in for BA from the bridge linking the car park to the main terminal. It was not sign posted if you parked in the multistorey and wanted to check in. On return, again it was not clearly sign posted as to where we could get to our car. In the end we had to go outside, cross the road, up a lift then get to the car. We thought we could use the causeway bridge again. There was no one to ask either. We won't be coming to Edinburgh again as it was a bad experience.

The problem with the medium stay car park is that it is just too full and you end up parking 10 yards from cars playing a fraction of the cost in long stay with no luggage trolleys there are a long walk. Shame.

Booked long stay months ago for 14 days. Arrived to be stopped at the barrier as it was overbooked and directed to terminal surface. Spent 10 mins trying to get space but it was full and eventually got into an almost full multi storey. Very poor customer service.Need to get their act together if they hope to retain customers.

There was no spaces when we arrived, obviously due to overbooking, there was cars parked on double yellow lines up on pavements any where that they could. When we came back the exit gate wanted £170 to exit, not happy with whole thing

The exit from the Plane Parking site has construction work going on right beside it witch temporary metal fence erected. The gap to get through the barrier is too narrow and I damaged my wing mirror trying to getcthrough
