“Parking was easy,however when I picked up car there were trolleys lying around the aisles that could easily have blown or rolled into someone's parked car?One was inches from mine.Not the quality I would have expected for a much lauded company.”
“The car park is close to the terminal. It is possible to either walk or get the free bus service to the terminal.
Exiting the car park however was not a smooth process. The prepaid parking I had arranged did not work. The machines tried to charge me as though I had not pre-paid for parking my car. I suspect that the automatic number plate recognition system did not work when I arrived at the car park.”
“The ticket barrier did NOT read my number plate coming into the Multi Story entrance so I had to press for a ticket... this has happened twice before. This time I went to the office on the ground floor before I left and got my ticket changed, otherwise the barrier asks for payment AGAIN!
Would be useful to get your camera's sorted!!!”
“Pre-booked the terminal surface car park but on arrival there were signs over the entrance advising that car park was full. I ignored the signs and entered the car park and after a while found a space. It’s annoying when you pre-book to be told the car park is full! It would have been helpful to have somebody at the entrance advising where to park. This used to happen in the past.
I use the airport parking regularly and would say that this instance is more an exception rather than the norm. Usually the service is excellent and everything goes smoothly without a hitch ( & added stress).”
“The online advanced booking rates are reasonable but it would have been helpful to have been sent a message alerting me to the fact that the cameras were not working at the time of my arrival as I had to return to the office in the pouring rain to have my ticket validated when trying to exit.”
“The on-site surface parking was conveniently close to the terminal and booking online was easy, however my licence plate wasn't registered at the exit leading to a message that i owed £150 - sorted once i found my booking reference but needlessly stressful.”

Arrival fine without problem and got ticket with name and car registration number.
On leaving was told there was a charge and was required to contact office while stuck at barrier. Apparently needed booking reference which was not on ticket. Total delay 10 mins.
Why wouldn't barrier accept paid ticket?”
“Entry with no problems , bus service to terminal was quick,remember to take mental note of bus stop as there are plenty. Only quibble was when put ticket in to gain exit , requested extra payment (had booked online) quick call with booking reference to attendant soon resolved problem ,will book again”
“The surface parking was convenient in that its not to far to walk to the terminal (but that's always been the case). Pretty useful if you are on a one day or same day trip and not carrying anything or just hand luggage.”
“Impossible to beat proximity to the airport. That said the licence plate sensor needs work, when I reached the gate I was told I owed £240 despite pre-paid emails. The operator was helpful but after a long journey it was a glitch that irritated me.”

“park was great as normal, but on my return from holiday i was stopped from using the fast track system at passport control, as i only had my carpark ticket, the guy that stopped me was very rude and would not even look at my ticket which was mark fast track, he said i needed the full A4 print out not just my ticket, as my A4 print out was in my case i then had to go the normal route right at the back of the Q, not the service i have had in the past parking ticket has got me fast track ever time before”
