“We've used Edinburgh airport parking on several times and always find it easy. Usually Mid Stay which is a comfortable walk to the terminal. Never any issues when exiting with the ticket ...so all in all good experience.”

“I'm a disabled and booked the car in as such heading out was the normal disabled spaces on my return the car was parked quite a distance away when my wife questioned the attended he said we only have 12 disabled spaces, now that is not my problem I have paid the amount fast park required and we never received the service to which we paid for i was in pain due to being bone to bone in both knees this is the 2nd time this has happened in the last 4 months not happy and I don't think I will use fast park again”
“I logged onto the website beforehand and pre-paid. The signs to the car park were easy enough to follow and parked without too many difficulties.
However, unfortunately the automatic licence plate reader did not read my car's plate.
When I returned I was charged another £220. I have tried to contact the car parking team by phone but they have advised to ask for a review by adding an enquiry to their website. This will now take up to 8 working days which is a disappointing amount of time to wait.”
