“Parking is great and convenient and cost is OK but....beware, as a result of Edinburgh Airport ATC problem on the 5th December my return flight was delayed by 11 hours and the overstay fee for 1-24h is a whacking £55. They give you 8h of flexibility but when I tried to extend my parking via 'Manage my booking' it wouldn't let me as you can only do that upto 1h before your booking ends. As a result I ended up stung for £55 for a problem that was Edinburgh Airport's fault not mine. The airline doesn't cover you for extended airport parking charges so it is the poor customer who pays and the aiport profits from their systems error.”

“I pre booked. I was on a day/night trip to Zurich. I needed convenience and location. Number plate recognition technology worked perfectly and so the whole process was smooth and fast.
Only other comment. I may have mis-read the website but it might be worth explaining the process clearly. Ie you have to take a ticket to enter etc which seems counter intuitive but also promotes a fear that youre on line booking hasn't worked and that you will have to pay full rate.”
