“The entrance was easy to miss and had to ask the barrier attendant to waive the fee so I could go back around. Staff excellent and pickup very quick.”
“Poor signage. We had to ask a guy where to go for multi story carpark. System never recognised our car going in and out. Had to speak to someone. Poor service given how expensive it is.”
“It was our first time using Fast Park and we chose it because we were travelling with an elderly parent. It was simple and easy to use - in part because the lovely staff helped us at every stage. Its location to the terminal was a bonus as our return flight arrived in during the early hours of the morning, so was a great time saver compared to our usual parking option which requires a bus journey.”
“First time I'd used the fast park . I thought this was great and easy to use . I wasn't sure what to do and things like organising can overwhelm me easily . However the staff made it nothing to worry about and they were amazing . From the man that welcomed me to the video booth and assisted in where to go , which was very short distance to drive and then the man at the key drop off were both very much appreciated 👏 . It took the stress out of parking before flying . Thank you very much for your helpful staff . Would definitely use fast park again can't rate it highly enough for the staffs help.”
“Used the multistorey car park. It was busy but always spaces up the top level. Lift down then just walk across road and your in departures. It cant be simpler. Costs a bit more but when you have family and cases to manage its worth the extra. Barriers have reg recognition and lift on entry/exit. Online booking process is easy and can change car if necessary without additional cost.”

“Very easy to use the booking in for your trip, as plenty of parking spaces and not too expensive , and very helpful staff if you need help. Could do with better signage as lots of different carparks.”
