“Have used Fast Park on a number of times now - wouldnt use anywhere else. The system works seamlessly and it takes 2 minutes to walk into the terminal building, Collecting the car is a breeze and is equally semless and stress free. Will continue to use Fast Park whenever I fly from Edinburgh”
“Use Fastpark as it is so very convenient, staff are excellent and friendly. Only downside is the rise in the price over the last three visits over two years the price has went from around £54 for a week to just over £100 then this time it cost £147. This is a totally unacceptable rise.”

“We parked in plane parking and the shuttle bus stopped almost by the car and dropped us by the terminal going out. On return we got the shuttle bus back to the car and we were amazed that he dropped us off literally by the car which was just what was needed after a night flight! Very impressed! Couldn't fault the experience we had! Thank you!”
“Fast Park at Edinburgh Airport is a great service to use. So convenient as it almost right outside departures. Did get a scare when the automatic barrier stopped and said I was due £750, but pressed the button and resolved the issue very quickly. Obviously a technical glitch”
“We always use the multi storey car park as it is so close to the terminal. 2 minutes walk and you are inside the terminal. Always plenty of spaces though level 3 is closed just now for some work . Just back from holiday but on arrival my car registration wasn’t recognised. Turns out I never updated my private plate on the site . Buzzed in and the guy let me in and on the way out the barrier lifted no problem so I am assuming they sorted it out for me . Thank you to whoever sorted it out . If you need to cancel you can do it on line and the money is back in your account that day . Highly recommended .”
“The long stay was easy and affordable, we did get a cost shown on the screen on exit but the customer service team on the intercom soon reviewed our booking and opened the barrier.”
“Very stressful!! I pre booked Terminal Surface parking for 3 days at a cost of £69.99! Which I consider to be expensive but for accessibility to the airport I selected Terminal Surface. I am a pensioner and could unable to locate Terminal "Surface"? I took my ticket from the barrier and spoke to someone via help button. He checked my booking and assured me I was in the correct car park. On my return I located my vehicle SH71 WMD and proceeded to the exit. I was then asked to pay a charge of £270! I pressed the help button again and the person asked my registration and checked my booking. At the same time a contractor asked if I required assistance. I explained my dilemma and he advised new barriers were being installed and they have a clinch in the system! It is really not good enough as this whole episode caused me to be very distressed and anxious. It would have taken some with a bit of common sense to place a sign on the barriers. First time using Edinburgh Airport parking and won't be rushing back. As a good will gesture please consider refunding my parking charge, please. Denise Rainey”
