“Have used Fastpark before, and will continue to do so. Arrived, deposited car, deposited keys (very easy task, with staff member on hand to help). When returned from flight (late by an hour), very simple process to scan receipt, retrieve keys, find car and home. Absolutley brilliant!”

“I used the long stay carpark and it was excellent. It was nice to have a short walk to the airport after a long drive and also good to have the walk after sitting for so long. All signposted well and lots of notices so that you can find your car again.”
“Paid for charging and car was set to 100% when I parked car . On collection of my car the charge was only 57% . Which meant I was delayed in getting home as I had to charge again on route . I spoke to the duty manager to highlight this problem and she took a picture of my dashboard to confirm the charging % . Also is was clear me car had been driven badly as the interior carpet was a mess along with the boot . I await a justification as to how this situation arose . Best .”
