“Booked online and leaving the carpark the barrier asked for £18.00. I was worried, pushed the call button and this is the good part. The call was answered right away and the male chap told me it will be fine Pal, hold on. Nek minit the barrier was up and away I went.
In honesty I didn't expect the call to he answered straight away and I also sort of expected to have to pay again and sort this out at a later time so thank you and well done.”
“Overall I was very pleased with the parking. Instructions on how to get there easy to follow and straight forward. However when we returned to collect the car on way out it sais we owed £14 at the machine when entering our ticket to exit. We paid £40 to park and nowhwre did it mention there woukd be additional charges. If you could look into this I would be greatfull.”
“Booked in advance and prepaid for 5 days. So I would expect to be able to get a space. But they obviously do not limit entry to the carpark and so when I was there there were no spaces available. I then had to drive round for 30 mins looking for someone coming out of their space and compete with at least 5 other people doing the same thing before managing to get into a space. Not the best start to a trip!”
“The parking area was close to the terminal however there were no trolleys readily available. We had to go over to the terminal , collect a trolley and then get our luggage. One of the carpark workers did see me struggle with a case and helped me.
On our return , the signage wasn’t quite clear so we struggled to find the carpark but once located , everything went smoothly . We encountered a 2 nd barrier when leaving the carpark and had to buzz for someone to let us out.”
“Cannot fault FastPark, have used it many times. Affordable, easy to use, staff helpful and friendly. So good to be able to park so close to the terminal building. Excellent facility!”
“Must be the best parking service at Edi Airport. Friendly, helpful staff especially when I returned and the young man brought my car right to the ticket place as I had assistance booked through the terminals.”
“It was good price & location, the bus takes you to airport & back. It was hassle free when I wanted to extend for a week online. Easy manageable online system and I paid similar price as for the first week. I will definitely use this car park in the future.”
“From initial booking this was easy to complete. The whole journey experience was excellent. I dont know why I stressed myself so much - the reality was completely straight forward.
Parking to collection was stress free. The people on hand to help were absolutely brilliant.
