“The visit went as planned, park is easy to find from the motorway, plenty of free spaces, short walk to the terminal, reasonable prices, secure, have used several times and will use again. Some modifications are ongoing at the moment (jan26)”

It always gets resolved but when you have been travelling for 26 hours long haul this is the last thing you need
It said our outstanding fee was £1380
As I said this was resolved but why is this necessary? Surely it should recognise car reg as being pre paid?
Please sort this out as it’s unnecessary stress at the end of the day”
“I love the parking, but I have the same issue every time which is that on leaving, the machine displays a significant amount to be paid, rather than registering I had pre paid online. Customer then needs to call the clerks via the button on the machine.
This has been a consistent issue for many years, and seems like an area that could be improved easily through automation.”
“Upon returning to Edinburgh Airport, I was left waiting approximately 1.5 hours for my keys and vehicle, along with many other customers. The keys were not ready in the box and we had to wait until a staff member located each car to drive round to tje reveptuon area where we all stood waiting for our cars. This is far beyond any reasonable waiting time and represents a clear failure to provide the service with reasonable care and skill.
A 90‑minute delay, lack of organisation, and failure to have keys ready does not meet the service or standards advertised.
FastPark is advertised as a quick and convenient service, yet my experience was the opposite.
I have raised a formal complaint regarding this experience and await a response.”
“Terrible experience. Have used the service multiple times and never an issue have also recommended to many friends and family but this time our keys were not ready and had to wait for an hour for our car even though our flight was delayed by an hour
No communication or explanation just a large queue of customers with the same problem”
“Drop off was great, quick and easy. Unfortunately when we arrived back our keys weren’t ready and we had to wait 25 minutes to get our car. We booked fast park as we have two small children and we knew they would be exhausted after travelling and wanted to be able to get away as quick as possible. No apology from staff. Probably wouldn’t book again as it was considerably more expensive than other services.”
“I have previously used the the fast park service which was previously great. Unfortunately on our return the car keys were not available to pick up and we had to wait 20 mins before our car arrived, due to problems where the cars are stored. Not what you want at 11.15pm on a cold Saturday evening after your flight.”
“An easy and pleasant experience for all of us. A highly recommended facility. There is easy access to the terminal if you have luggage, as it is only a few minutes’ walk. We were fortunate to get parking in Row D.”
“The terminal parking is a short walk but the car park had no available spaces with lots of cars driving around and searching for spaces to be become free and we did need to spend 20 minutes waiting before we managed to find an available spaces which was very frustrating. Not what we expected when you had pre-booked.”
