“Entry was relatively easy. Exit was more difficult. It was dark and rainy when we were exiting and it was difficult to work our where to go. Clearer signage,especially on the road is needed.
Also the surface in the car park in very uneven for rolling suitcases across.”
“As simple as it could be really, followed signs and satnav to carpark, found a space and parked, 6 days later came back and vehicle was exactly how we left it. No issues at all. Approx 8 minute walk to terminal from F4”
“Parking was easy to find and plenty spaces with a short walk to the main building however repeatedly when leaving Edinburgh airport car park when I put my ticket in it to shows a huge outstanding balance even though I pre-booked. This causes me to have to press the buzzer for assistance to be released from the car park. Happened on so many occasions with no explanation why?”

“First, the signage to the Multi-Storey is shocking. We drove straight through the 'Drop Off' area TWICE and was charged £6.00 each time to drive straight through. We then found the entrance to a Car Par off the FIRST roundabout as you enter the entrapment zone!
On our return we found only two lifts working and one would not open at Floor 1. As a cosequence it took over 45 mins to locate our car. On leaving, having per-paid for parking, the exit machine requested another payment of £180.00 - Intercom to the rescue and finally released from a NIGHTMARE Car Parking experience,”
