“Easy to use and book via website, with clear directions to car park and entry/departure instructions received via email. Mid stay car park located within walking distance of departure terminal. Only annoyance was request for £140 at machine on leaving car park but this was quickly sorted by speaking to car park operator via intercom.”
“Multi Storey Carpark, very annoyingly when we came back from our 3 nights break, we found our car with a good dent on one of the door. We contacted the catrpark customer service with photos etc but unfortunatly they didnt have CCTV coverage of our parking spot so were not able to help us. Most annoying and expensive.”

“Edinburgh airport multi story parking is so easy to use. My only real issue this time was all of the lifts were out of service and I am disabled which meant going down the stairs from the third floor and always mindful of the issues these things would cause for people in wheelchairs. One of the lifts had been fixed on our return though thankfully.”

“I'm very disappointed with this parking's policy.
I extended my stay a first time and later needed to extend it again for further few days, but then realized that only one extension was allowed.
Therefore I will have to pay full price for the additional period. I think that I should have been informed in advance that only one extension was possible, and I'd have extended my stay differently.”
“Prepaid my parking as usual. Disappointed at the barrier when it tried to bill me £150... not the first time this has happened. Guy on intercom checked and let me through.”
“Plenty of spaces available on arrival. Encountered an issue when trying to exit. On entering ticket to leave, a message came up saying fee of £145 was due. Whatever the issue was, it was promptly sorted by pressing the barrier intercom and speaking with staff member, who checked booking and opened the barrier to allow exit.”
“We were ok going out but when we came back in were charged £15 for being just over a hour after the time we had put for return .i thought it was time flight landed but after standing in que for passports and then waiting on bags this took up the time when we got to the parking we had to pay to get our keys .i think they should give you a few jours after your time just in case thrse things happen i dont think i will use this setvice again”
