“Fastpark was a reasonable expeienc. Without the staff (who are fantastic) it's quite complex. There is a major failure in the system on bolking in, the lane numbers on the system only go to nine and there are several more lanes.”

I booked and paid for my parking online on 2 November 2025 for the period from 24 December 2025 to 3 January 2026. The price (£42.99) was the best among the competing car parks in the area, which was one of the main reasons I chose your service.
Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. The car park is easy to find, clean, and well-lit at night, which made me feel safe leaving my car there. The shuttle transfer between the car park and the terminal was excellent — fast, efficient, and with very polite and helpful drivers.
The only issue occurred when exiting the car park. After inserting my ticket, the machine showed an incorrect amount to pay (£244). I contacted your support team and the problem was resolved quickly, which I appreciated. I would however like to mention that this is not the first time I have experienced a similar issue when using your car park, so I would be grateful if this could be improved in the future.
Despite this small inconvenience, I am very happy with the overall service and would gladly recommend Edinburgh Airport Parking to others for its good value, convenience, and high level of customer service.”
“Bus transfer to terminal and back was frequent and quick. Price for the stay was the incredible. I have a regular problem that the machine at the entrance reads my plates wrong and at the exit I am asked to pay a huge amount of money. However, I ring for assistance and thanks for my confirmation email and giving the correct registration, I am able to leave without problems.”
