“The parking itself was fine, no problems at all and the shuttle bus was good too. The problem I had was on exit, when the machine said that I owed £120, which was nonsense as I'd prepaid before parking. Fortunately, the chap on the intercom was on the ball, checked my registration and let me out, but these things shouldn't be happening and it makes you think twice before using the facility again. It's the last thing you want to be worrying about after a delayed flight, late at night. So that spoiled what would otherwise have been a great experience.”
“Great process. Easy, convenient and value for money. Could do with having the trolley parks better signed. We got to the car after our return and couldn’t find anywhere to park the trolley in the dark.”
“Good price for long stay parking when prebooked. I have always been able to get parked even with it looking full. When leaving the carpark, at the barriers when I put my ticket in the price came up as £115 even though I prepaid for the correct times. Pressed the assistance button where the guy helped fix the issue when I gave my name and registration number.”

Bad points: Not sure how it took 3 miles on the mileometer to park my car though. Seat reclined when I got in the car. Not impressed. I don't think I will be using this parking again. Took a photo when I dropped the car off of my mileage but unfortunately not when I returned to collect it. Must have moved it 50 times in 4 days.”
“The parking system around the Airport is incredibly confusing.
The 'Short Stay' as is called online is not signposted.
The Terminal Parking as it is displayed is located in lane 4 of the drop off area, which carries a £6 charge.
So, with no direction given we missed Lane 4 and picked up the £6 charge on top of the on-line booking fee.
We only managed to get into the Terminal Parking after getting assistance from staff.”
“Arrival was as smooth and easy as always. On return it asked for extra payment (unwarranted) after a short conversation and delay this was rectified by a member of staff”
“Husband struggled a wee bit with the sat nav directions and ended up paying £6 to get out 🙄 before we got to where we should have been in the first place lol but once we got there and parked up it was quick enough to get into the airport.😁”
