“A real money spinner for the airport, however help the traveller please. Better safer passage to terminal , a bit more lighting and signage. Could do with more lighting at entrance to terminal car park. Lights above entry signs were out on arrival in dark.
Overbooked? Many cars not in parking spaces.
A bit of a shock on leaving when machine request for £290 to exit car park. Prompt response however from parking team meant no charge for delayed flight as ticket was pre booked.”
“Easy parking within walking distance to airport
But Needs trolley service within the parking area.
As No bus service available,
No issues as the weather was dry , not sure I would like to haul 2 suitcases , child seat, and a child ,if it was in pouring rain to access airport terminal”
“Everything was fine as usual, until I tried to exit the car park on return from holiday. The machine at exit informed I had to ish £500 !!!
I rang for help and the gentleman sorted it out quickly thankfully”
“Very efficient service for a couple of very early morning starts. I was impressed. Pretty pricey though. Wouldn't use if it was more expensive than a couple of taxi rides or if I could use the tram”
“FastPark is an excellent facility. The pedestrian walkways need to be resurfaced and the ruts smoothed out. Case wheels get trapped and cases topple over. Potentially making you lose your balance and falling over. My personal experience, 20th Dec 2025.”
“Only thing trying to get blue badge place did not get
Managed
On returning assisted Travel was great got me to car help with luggage
Getting away was no probs
Will definitely book again”
“Easily the best and most convenient way to park at Edinburgh Airport. Loses a point because it can be prohibitively expensive if not booked well (and I mean _months_) in advance. But as a system, slick and efficient Nd fuss free!”
“Normally a really great service however this time my car was not ready for me to pick up. Also when I drop the car off I was unable to drop it at a disabled spot which means we have to walk quite a bit further to the terminal.”
