“The multi storey parking with fast pass worked very well. Only small issue we had was with entry as my registration did not trigger a barrier opening. Used the buzzer system and a helpful colleague issued us a card to use for entry and exit. Not sure if that is the way it is meant to be accessed but all worked fine.”
“POOR. CUSTOMER SERVICE & RUDE MEMBER OF STAFF.
I parked (prepaid) in the mid-stay car park for 5 days, arriving and leaving on time. When I presented my ticket to leave, the machine asked for a £220 surcharge.
I contacted the operator and gave him my name and car registration details. He claimed that I was not in the system and/or I was in the wrong car park and that the charge needed to be paid.
Some 20 minutes later, I eventually managed to contact my partner who had access to my booking reference number. I spoke to the increasingly aggressive operator again and miraculously the barrier opened without a single word of explanation or apology.”
“I love using the Multi Storey parking but please, please, please make trolleys available on every floor. It is a nightmare when you have multiple cases and there are no trolleys in the carpark, you can only get them in the terminal.”
“Only complaint I had about the parking was litter bin on 1st floor was completely full rubbish. Rubbish lying all over the place not a good look for visitors to our main airport in the country”
“After parking arriving into the car park following instructions I had made two reservations for both vehicles we both received tickets and parked the cars up, on the way home we were charged £325 each and were on the intercom for 10mins as no bookings could be found which caused stressed as we were wanting home it was 2am and we had just done a full day travelling not something you want to be having to do at that time of the morning very tired and agitated.”

“We parked in the Fast Park car park. It’s really easy to use and there is someone onsite to guide you. No finding a space miles from the terminal. Just lovely on a cold and frosty December morning.”
