“Everytime I try to leave this car park, insert my ticket it's says invalid ticket, this time it was £269 it/they wanted me to pay,
Once again, because I am used to this happening, I always have a copy of my confirmation email with me, have to call explain, read out my ref number and carnumber, the gate is raised and once again no apology or anything.”
“Excellent service as always. Clear instructions from when you arrive and then there is someone inside to show you how to check in if you’re not sure. Car parked for you and then left in a bag when you return. Very smooth process.”
“The parking is easy to book and to find. The shuttle on the way to the airport was prompt and a nice new bus with a good driver however on my return (about 4pm on a Saturday) those of us waiting to be picked up (3 parties in total) were greeted with a small minivan to pick us up. The driver didn’t offer to put our bags in the back meaning we had to hold onto them as we flew round the corners to prevent them flying all over the place. This bus also had a very strong cigarette odour which is odd as it was littered with no smoking signs inside. The driver told us the busses were broken today (both of them at the same time coincidentally). This minivan would’ve been suffice if we had been able to put our bags in the boot and if it didn’t stink of stale cigarettes but unfortunately this is what has brought the experience down.”

“Have used this parking numerous times with no issues but sadly this was a different experience. Our keys were not in the box when we went to pick them up. Had to go to the reception to pick them up, no explanation given. Car was quite far away from the office even with the blue badge in place.”
