“Far too expensive. Process of booking is fine, but the prices are ridiculous givewn the state of the car park and the multi storey buiilding. I've used both recently but only because there was no other viable option.”
“Arrived to park in a disabled bay, Fast Park. Returned, 6 days later, to find my car (aided by traveller assistance) within 50 yards of the exit .. An excellent service from helpful staff and a fair price.”
“Twice in a row the prebooking failed to pick up my reg and barrier comes up with a massive payment request. In fairness the help button answers quickly and they sort it but something seems to have gone wrong recently. Barrier would normally lift automatically but doesn’t seem to be the case now.”
“This is such an easy thing, you book it, drive in, take a ticket (that you don't actually need), then when you drive out it recognises your registration and just opens the barrier - excellent.
Car park itself is fine and only a 5 - 10 Mon walk to the departure lounge”
“Easy to book and park could do with better directions for pedestrians and drainage on pedestrian routes as had to avoid some large puddles by lifting cases over kerbs.”
“Easy process from booking online to getting back into our car. Staff friendly and helpful at entrance barrier and at key drop off point. No worries when landing as it was so easy to scan receipt, collect key and go directly to our car which was in a designated parking bay directly outside. I've used this many times as its so easy, it takes the pressure off of finding the bus to other parking areas further away. Plus, getting from arrivals to the car is mainly under cover, another bonus.”

“Parking couldn't be any easier. Drive up to the barrier, take your ticket and park your car. It's that easy. Didn't have long to wait for our transfer. Dropped of that close we had less than a two minute walk into the terminal. Return was just as easy, board the bus, transfer took 5 minutes. Pick up the car, drive to the barrier and your on your way home. All very easy and hassle free. First time using this car park and it won't be the last.”
