“Would have been 5 star but for the second time as I tried to exit the card machine said Card not valid. Fee £670!! Last time it was £900. Both times I was well within the booked time.”
“We arrived at the carpark, the barrier let us in (we pre-booked, so number plate recognition) the guys told us what lane to park in. Once parked we registered our keys, attached the fob and placed it in the chute. On our return we collected our keys from a locker (automatically opened when our bar code/QR cide was read. On our keys was a "hand written bay number and area where to collect our car. It's important to note your car is left in the area with the "PINK" signs behind the entrance barrier. Most people were walking over to the areas with the white signs. Apart from the mix up between the "PINK" bays and the white bays It's a great system. Good value and our car was well looked after, no excess miles on the speedometer and no scratches or damage to the car. We would definitely use again.”

“Have an EV and this is the third time I have used the park and charge facility. Works well and due to my journey length I would require to stop and charge the car on way home. By using the charge facilities at the parking it means I can use the drive through for my coffee and not have to stop and take the 10 minutes to charge on route. Excellent service.”

“We used the Fast park. Absolutely brilliant experience as it was our 1st time. Straight forward drive in..instructed by a staff member which lane to be in . Took keys to office and shown how to hand keys and get receipt. Alsonshown where to get keys on return. As easy on way back. Went to the colour coded section for us receipt and got keys which told us which lane our car was in. Brilliant and so easy”
