“On my previous visit with a perfectly functioning car the mysterious clunking on leaving the car park turned out to be two broken front springs so this time I took a pick up truck. On return the driver side mirror was folded forward facing out, internal mirror well out of adjustment, driver seat adjuset as far back as it could go, air con set at 36 degrees! Does not instill confidence.”

“The price is reasonable however my recent experience of returning on 22nd April - get to the bus stop to an empty bus and no driver. Waiting in the cold for ages before another bus turns up, then only to get to the car park only for the system not to let the bus into the car park. After waiting a while (and the driver arguing with the control - sounded like the control didn’t believe him) we all just got off at the gate to walk to our cars.”

“Easy to find with regular shuttle bus service with short wait even getting back at 3am. Small issue getting out of the car park because system hadn't read number plate properly going in but assistance was available at the barrier and resolved immediately.”

“Quick and easy parking service although one entry lane was out of service when I arrived but the cones were not placed in a way that made this clear. I was able to drive into the out of service entry lane and had to reverse back out when it became clear it was not working. This resulted in me driving into the direction of incoming cars which caused some confusion to incoming drivers.”
