“Great to be so close to the airport and easy to negotiate the parking and picking up. Except for getting out - almost had to pay for parking as if I’d just arrived luckily an assistant was on hand to help.”
“I have used your parking twice now and both times we have been asked to pay for parking when levaing. Its been easily rectified but your system seems to struggle to differentiate 0/O - there is no 0 in the number plate system so I'm not sure why but our number plate has a O our confirmation email says O but the printed ticket says 0 (not O) on it, so I'm not sure if this is where the issue is coming. If you can fix this it would be great!! (We never had this issue with our previous car - which had no 0/O in the number plate!) Otherwise, the parking is absolutely fine!”
“The only improvement I can think of is of walkway signage. Around parking G4 there was no apparent signs or ground markings indicating the walking route to the airport.”

“I booked parking place in advance to pick up my friend, however flight was delayed and I couldn't refund or change my booking because it was less than 24 hours. I paid total £50 for parking in total and spent actually less than 30 mins parking. Its surreal.”
“We normally use Mid Stay and every time on leaving, we have had to buzz the guards to let us out as the recognition didnt work for our pre paid stay, but this time on exit, the car was recognised and we were able to leave straight away. Much better and quicker exit this time, Hopefully thats the previous issue with the recognition resolved for a smoother exit.”
“This was the first time I have used fast park and was a little nervous of not knowing what to do when I got there however I had absolutely no reason to feel nervous, it was extremely easy and the staff were really friendly and guided you on what to do. Coming home it was really easy to get the keys and find my car. It also helps that the car park is so close to the terminal, especially when all you want to do is get home once you are out the airport.”
“Having been recommended your airport parking service by friends, I thought i would try it for myself. Everything worked perfectly and very convenient for the airport terminal.”
“The multi storey parking with fast pass worked very well. Only small issue we had was with entry as my registration did not trigger a barrier opening. Used the buzzer system and a helpful colleague issued us a card to use for entry and exit. Not sure if that is the way it is meant to be accessed but all worked fine.”
“POOR. CUSTOMER SERVICE & RUDE MEMBER OF STAFF.
I parked (prepaid) in the mid-stay car park for 5 days, arriving and leaving on time. When I presented my ticket to leave, the machine asked for a £220 surcharge.
I contacted the operator and gave him my name and car registration details. He claimed that I was not in the system and/or I was in the wrong car park and that the charge needed to be paid.
Some 20 minutes later, I eventually managed to contact my partner who had access to my booking reference number. I spoke to the increasingly aggressive operator again and miraculously the barrier opened without a single word of explanation or apology.”
“I love using the Multi Storey parking but please, please, please make trolleys available on every floor. It is a nightmare when you have multiple cases and there are no trolleys in the carpark, you can only get them in the terminal.”
