“I was made to paid £18 when i left the parking.Apparently I missed my flight and had to take my car the very same day.

“initial drop off took time, not many spaces on Good Friday. Return was slow, missed a bus by a little (it drove off as we walked out of the covered area to the stop) and then took 30mins to come back. Car was fine, no damage.”

“returned to airport on cold wet February evening, my wife and I both in our eighties.
Got my car key and made my may to my car which could hardly have been further away. Soaking wet by the time we reached the car to find then that my car key was dead. Another walk back to the office in the rain to finally find a member of staff When Iasked how long my car had been there I was told could have been a couple of days and to be told perhaps the car key battery was flat.Then another walk in the rain to see if the key would work with a new battery which it did So this is obviously a recurring problem”
“Easy to find,had to search for a long time for a space on our arrival but finally found one.We had to extend our stay ,managed to top up times 3 times on line and gave registration at the barrier as it wanted to charge again.All sorted quickly and we were on our way!”
“Fast Park is the best place to park. So close to the terminal and so easy to use. Loads of efficient staff helping us with any enquiries as needed. Parked in a ferry lane, unloaded the cases, dropped off our key, got our ticket and the car was parked for us. On the way back scan your ticket, open the locker and get your key with your parking bay number. Collect the car and off you go. Till the next time. So easy”
“First of I mist turning to park car as didn't see sign in time . Second when arriving back from my journey. I followed signs then as I reached to go through to collect key the signage disappeared so found that to be difficult feel signage needs improved to find key collection as this took a bit of working out . Collected key then all good from there.”
