“Cannot fault this parking company, extremely efficient and trustworthy. Excellent value for money, with under 2 minutes walk to the main terminal as car is parked for you and returned on time when you arrive back to airport, again 2 minutes to get back to your car, after collecting your car key from automated holding box. Superb all round experience. Will always use at Edinburgh Airport.”
“Excellent service really straightforward and easy. May be worth adding a what 3 words to help at the airport, also signage was a little sparse on the return, then I remembered where I’d left the car, it was absolutely pouring with rain so I may have missed it?

“Great improvement by having installed a new machine at the entrance/exit. We have had issues in the past where we were overcharged when trying to exit and we have had to ring for assistance. With the new change it was been a good experience, no issues. The parking was very busy when we first arrived but it is a very big parking and you can always find a place. Overall very good.”

I collected my car yesterday early evening from the airport in the fast park and there has been some small damage inside the car. As seen by the pictures below
I’m not actually sure how someone can break this button for the window but it’s happened from one of your staff. I got home last night and seen it says on your website contact damage before leaving the airport but I didn’t know this at the time and was going to email you today about it. As I wanted to get home as I live 2 hours away near Newcastle.

“Great parking facilities and very close to the Airport with a short walking distance.
Signposted really clearly and easy to find. I feel the exit after the barrier could be posted a little better but other than that it’s great, have used a couple of times and would definitely use again and recommend.”
“Found a space easily and found the car on the way back. Given people have bags and suitcases etc it would be better if the spaces were slightly wider to make it easier to pass between cars with bags”
