The parking system around the Airport is incredibly confusing. The 'Short Stay' as is called online is not signposted. The Terminal Parking as it is displayed is located in lane 4 of the drop off area, which carries a £6 charge. So, with no direction given we missed Lane 4 and picked up the £6 charge on top of the on-line booking fee. We only managed to get into the Terminal Parking after getting assistance from staff.

It’s becoming more expensive and I don’t think the cars are being treated as they should be. Crammed into very tight spaces, wing mirrors bent in, settings changed on the driving system, unnecessarily. Service can be improved. Drop off smooth though

Location - excellent literally a 5 min walk from the exit Service - poor, barrier didnt detect the car/reg on entry or exit Only 1 lane in and out so were delayed a good 5 mins when 1 customer also having issues and needed to buzz assistance who had to manually open the barrier

Far too expensive. Process of booking is fine, but the prices are ridiculous givewn the state of the car park and the multi storey buiilding. I've used both recently but only because there was no other viable option.

Twice in a row the prebooking failed to pick up my reg and barrier comes up with a massive payment request. In fairness the help button answers quickly and they sort it but something seems to have gone wrong recently. Barrier would normally lift automatically but doesn’t seem to be the case now.

This is now the 3rd or 4 time that i have yues the pre paid parking at the airport, and almost every time there is an issue at the gate, this time i was greeted with "Outstanding balence - £220.00" how can this happen so often ? i know its only a quick call to the office but when you pre pay you should not be expected to go through this.

I have used your parking twice now and both times we have been asked to pay for parking when levaing. Its been easily rectified but your system seems to struggle to differentiate 0/O - there is no 0 in the number plate system so I'm not sure why but our number plate has a O our confirmation email says O but the printed ticket says 0 (not O) on it, so I'm not sure if this is where the issue is coming. If you can fix this it would be great!! (We never had this issue with our previous car - which had no 0/O in the number plate!) Otherwise, the parking is absolutely fine!

I love using the Multi Storey parking but please, please, please make trolleys available on every floor. It is a nightmare when you have multiple cases and there are no trolleys in the carpark, you can only get them in the terminal.

I would have a given it a review with no complaints. But unfortunately at 4.45am the ticket checking machine before the entrance to the MSCP required the ticket to be inserted 3 times before it validated the ticket which for the 2 times showed up a red invalidation message

As usual the exit machine asked for loads of money to let us out the car park even though we'd pre booked and paid! Had to intercom the controller yet again! Sort your so called technology out!

I recently parked at Plane Parking at Edinburgh Airport. Unfortunately, my return flight was cancelled, and I had to fly back the following day. Because of this unavoidable delay, I was charged an additional £45 for just one extra day. What made the situation worse was that there was no staff available at the exit barriers to offer any assistance or guidance. I tried to explain the circumstances, but there was simply no help, and I’ve since discovered that there’s no way to claim this charge back. It felt unfair to be penalised for something completely outside of my control, especially when there was no support provided on-site. For travellers, this adds unnecessary stress at the end of an already disrupted journey.

Very easy to park. Lots of staff to around to help when we arrived. On picking up the cars, it was ok. However the screen that tells you where you're car is, disappears as soon as you scan your barcode and there is no apparent way to find it again. My wife and I had to play "find that car" in a dark carpark. We did find it after a while but shame that something small like this spoiled the experience

Easy access, short walk from the terminal but the spaces are too smal for modern cars. If you have a small fiat 500 or nissan micra you will be fine but if you have an SUV or 4x4 you will struggle to get into your car if anything is parked in the adjoining spaces

Very easy on arrival. On my return was a different story! Very poor signage to get to the car park (easy to obtain keys once found where to collect them) Nowhere advises exactly where to get your car, airport staff don't know where to direct you to. 30 minutes wasted looking for my car. Not ideal when you've already been awake for 20hrs! Won't use again!!

Fast park was great till leaving. Car parked by staff in next bay was so close I had to climb into the driver seat from the passenger side. Very poor.

I chose to park in the multi storey car park .I found the directions were very poor and ended up in the wrong part at the drop off area and had to exit and try again to find the correct entry which was not straight forward.It was dark but better signage is required
