We were ok going out but when we came back in were charged £15 for being just over a hour after the time we had put for return .i thought it was time flight landed but after standing in que for passports and then waiting on bags this took up the time when we got to the parking we had to pay to get our keys .i think they should give you a few jours after your time just in case thrse things happen i dont think i will use this setvice again

Barrier did not recognize online booking (booked for 21-24 November, £29.99, booking made 15 Sept) either on entry or exit, where an outstanding price of £145 was requested. Both entry and exit required assistance from operator. The problem was resolved satisfactorily but no reason was given for error. Have used car park before with no problems. Exit signage could be improved across the car park

Have used twice and both times the exit machine has told me I needed to pay £340 (this time) and £260 (October 2024). Had to contact a person at the machine to check my booking and the fact that I had paid for my week so no extra charge. This is not good and puts people off parking again!!!

First time using multi story carpark, poorly signed as missed it twice. It was 0700 dark and raining, still poorly signed. I will use it again and there was a massive saving made when booked online. Lift ws broken when trying to get to the ground floor. I was very suprised to to get to boom gate and not be automatically allowed out. Instead be told that i need to pay £200, it was resolved after i called the intercom. If I had had multiple cars behind me and in a rush i can magine myself and others paying then dealing with it after. This was a very poor fault.

Having booked and paid in advance was disappointing that on exit ticket machine asked for £260. However buzzer was answered swiftly and I was on my way home.

Entry was relatively easy. Exit was more difficult. It was dark and rainy when we were exiting and it was difficult to work our where to go. Clearer signage, especially on the road is needed. Also the surface in the car park in very uneven for rolling suitcases across.

Parking was easy to find and plenty spaces with a short walk to the main building however repeatedly when leaving Edinburgh airport car park when I put my ticket in it to shows a huge outstanding balance even though I pre-booked. This causes me to have to press the buzzer for assistance to be released from the car park. Happened on so many occasions with no explanation why?

Waiting time for the bus was far too long.

Initial booked and communication was excellent. Issues arised when my flight from Dublin to Edinburgh was cancelled at 10pm at night. I was unable to extend my booking due to the time I was able to get logged on to Manage My Booking. As a result I was charged £80 which is unacceptable based on my attempt to extend my booking.

Used Plane Parking which feels like it’s in another post code. That said it was cheap and plenty of parking available by bus stance 2

Too expensive for facilities

The availability of spaces was great which is always good, but honestly I find the spaces a little narrow meaning you have to drive around looking for a space that reduces the risk of someone hitting your car with their door.

Paid £235 for parking then they tried to charge an additional £7 when leaving despite being within the booked times

There are two barriers to gain access to the multi storey, I went to one where the ticket machine is situated high up, I believe for coaches. Meant I had to reverse out to use the other one. Rather frustrating as no clear signage stating for buses only, was pitch dark at barriers and the kerbs extremely high so made reversal difficult. Please have both barriers operational for ALL traffic.

Paid for the multistorey to take advantage of the fast-track security. However was dissapointed (and put out) to park, take the elevator with bags to the entry point on 2nd floor only to be greeted by an A4 print-out stuck to the closed door saying there was no entry to the security due to the time. It was 7:30 PM?? So had to return, get back in the elevator and cross over outside to the departures. Not convenient, or thoughtful considering a simple sign near the elevators would have alerted me to the fact (and other passengers) so as not to waste time, and then have to rush.

Close enough to walk, pain due to cars being badly parked not in bays, weather was raining and due to walkway bit being covered we got soaked waking to terminal which is the reason I have given a 3 stars.

Although we stated in our booking that we had a blue badge we were directed to park very far from the disabled parking bays and found out later that we had to tell the attendant on arrival that we required a disabled parking bay. Not helpful at all. When we returned our car was also not parked in the easily accessible bays but some distance away and had to move the car to allow us to load wheelchair into boot and give my husband space to get into the car
