“Everything fine, but disappointing when leaving for it to say there was £70 to pay. This is the second time this has happened to me after pre booking.”
“The parking overall is good, very easy to access and a straight line to the airport. The only issue i had was the fact i had pre booked the car park and on exit it was asking us for £180!!!
We used the help button on the machine and it was resolved but i don’t like how it wasn’t automatically picked up with our registration like it should have been.”
“Hi, my flight was a few hours delayed witch meant I was late getting back for my car, I was charged £25 because of this witch I though was a bit expensive”
“Poor really, paid for parking but ticket issued claimed over £400 due when tried to leave, hopeless situation. Talked at length to operator and told him had contract in the car. Barrier was , grudgingly, raised. No apology”
“Overall I was very pleased with the parking. Instructions on how to get there easy to follow and straight forward. However when we returned to collect the car on way out it sais we owed £14 at the machine when entering our ticket to exit. We paid £40 to park and nowhwre did it mention there woukd be additional charges. If you could look into this I would be greatfull.”
“The going out was very good but coming back we missed out connection flight (not our fault) so a couple of hours late. We rang in advance to say this and was charged £38 plus we had to pay £7 exciting. It would be great to speak with someone.”

“A real money spinner for the airport, however help the traveller please. Better safer passage to terminal , a bit more lighting and signage. Could do with more lighting at entrance to terminal car park. Lights above entry signs were out on arrival in dark.
Overbooked? Many cars not in parking spaces.
A bit of a shock on leaving when machine request for £290 to exit car park. Prompt response however from parking team meant no charge for delayed flight as ticket was pre booked.”
“The parking itself was fine, no problems at all and the shuttle bus was good too. The problem I had was on exit, when the machine said that I owed £120, which was nonsense as I'd prepaid before parking. Fortunately, the chap on the intercom was on the ball, checked my registration and let me out, but these things shouldn't be happening and it makes you think twice before using the facility again. It's the last thing you want to be worrying about after a delayed flight, late at night. So that spoiled what would otherwise have been a great experience.”
“Good point: Right next to airport. Easy to find and hand in keys
Bad points: Not sure how it took 3 miles on the mileometer to park my car though. Seat reclined when I got in the car. Not impressed. I don't think I will be using this parking again. Took a photo when I dropped the car off of my mileage but unfortunately not when I returned to collect it. Must have moved it 50 times in 4 days.”
“The parking system around the Airport is incredibly confusing.
The 'Short Stay' as is called online is not signposted.
The Terminal Parking as it is displayed is located in lane 4 of the drop off area, which carries a £6 charge.
So, with no direction given we missed Lane 4 and picked up the £6 charge on top of the on-line booking fee.
We only managed to get into the Terminal Parking after getting assistance from staff.”
“It’s becoming more expensive and I don’t think the cars are being treated as they should be. Crammed into very tight spaces, wing mirrors bent in, settings changed on the driving system, unnecessarily. Service can be improved.

“Location - excellent literally a 5 min walk from the exit
Service - poor, barrier didnt detect the car/reg on entry or exit
Only 1 lane in and out so were delayed a good 5 mins when 1 customer also having issues and needed to buzz assistance who had to manually open the barrier”
“Far too expensive. Process of booking is fine, but the prices are ridiculous givewn the state of the car park and the multi storey buiilding. I've used both recently but only because there was no other viable option.”
“Twice in a row the prebooking failed to pick up my reg and barrier comes up with a massive payment request. In fairness the help button answers quickly and they sort it but something seems to have gone wrong recently. Barrier would normally lift automatically but doesn’t seem to be the case now.”
“This is now the 3rd or 4 time that i have yues the pre paid parking at the airport, and almost every time there is an issue at the gate, this time i was greeted with "Outstanding balence - £220.00" how can this happen so often ? i know its only a quick call to the office but when you pre pay you should not be expected to go through this.”
