The meter wanted to charge me £110 and I had paid in advance. It was quickly sorted but still annoying.

Thank you for your review, It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. Lots of works being done in the car park at present. Very poor signage and therefore difficult to find the entry and exit to the car parks.

On leaving machine said I owed £150 having pre-paid. Operator on intercom fixed things very quickly.

It's convenient if you don't spend half an hour looking for a non existant space. Not good if you want a space in the afternoon, as pay as you go users can pinch all the spaces. Much easier early morning

Booked outdoor surface parking near the terminal I have limited mobility so I was hoping to get parked in the disabled area unfortunately there are not sufficient amounts of these spaces which resulted in me having to walk a distance to the terminal building.

Due to flight cancellation we were 12hours and tried repeatedly to inform them but no communication. Tried to do as they say on their own website and there is not functional to do so. Also informed them in person on return and despite them saying it's ok there isn't a charge when we exited £6.00 charge. Please update your information and advice. As it's stressful enough when flights are cancelled and this just adds to it. If it hadn't have been for this I'd have given it 5*.

Parked at the Mid term parking. For the 2nd time, upon leaving, when I put my ticket into the machine I was told I owed £270 even though I was still within my timeslot. Fortunately this got resolved by the Support person and I didn’t have to pay anything but there is a problem with the IT system which is frustrating especially as this is the 2nd time it’s happened…

drop off and collection went well. the only problem was I couldn't exit the car park without a ticket and had to call to be allowed out.

Parking spaces adequate, walking to and from terminal approaches to road crossings are difficult to haul luggage, appreciate it a safety feature don’t think it does the luggage much good either, Good location close to terminal, will use again

On arrival, with a pre-booked reservation, there were very few parking spaces. On most floors the only gaps were in "disabled" or otherwise reserved spaces. Eventually found a space on top-deck where there wasn't a badly parked fat SUV overhanging the space. Then, no luggage trolleys at top deck, so had to carry things until I found a trolley. I've not seen signs on return from arrivals to carpark, and following the "exit" signs means a long outside walk (and bumpy trolley push) to the carpark lift. Having been before, I know to stay inside and head for the "check-in" desks again, and out the front door...

We booked into long stay and spent quite some time trying to find a parking place because of all the renovations that are goung on. Thankfully we were lucky and found a spot. high prices being charged for not a great service at the moment.

Exit barriers need attention. Middle one was coned off leaving two. Left most one would not take my ticket no matter what, had to reverse back and use right hand one which worked fine. Also, loads of spaces are dirty in the middle of the car park due to rain forming really dirty areas to walk in. Quite annoying to have to stand in a muddle puddle to get my bag out of the boot (not the top level.)

Rebooked but there was quite a search for a free space. When I left the car park of course there was no record of my prebooking and the barrier tried to charge an extra £100. All fixed in a few minutes but not ideal at midnight. Very tight manoeuvre to get in and out due to cones

Checking in was excellent. However, when checking out, the barrier would not lift and the screen indicated we owed £5.00. After conversing with an unpleasant person via the intercom, we were eventually let out.

Parking was easy but lack of space meant that I had to park on the roof which ment that the car was coverd in dirt when I got back.

Convenient and speedy. However, on return I didn't realise that car location came up on the screen and missed it. I had to find a staff member to help. He showed me location is on key tab. However my car was not in that location and we had to search for it.
