“Initial booked and communication was excellent.
Issues arised when my flight from Dublin to Edinburgh was cancelled at 10pm at night. I was unable to extend my booking due to the time I was able to get logged on to Manage My Booking. As a result I was charged £80 which is unacceptable based on my attempt to extend my booking.”
“Plane parking was easy to follow and parking was easy however return journey was delayed by 6 hours and on leaving at barrier was charged £18 and others on flight leaving at same time were not charged very unhappy”
“The availability of spaces was great which is always good, but honestly I find the spaces a little narrow meaning you have to drive around looking for a space that reduces the risk of someone hitting your car with their door.”
“There are two barriers to gain access to the multi storey, I went to one where the ticket machine is situated high up, I believe for coaches. Meant I had to reverse out to use the other one. Rather frustrating as no clear signage stating for buses only, was pitch dark at barriers and the kerbs extremely high so made reversal difficult. Please have both barriers operational for ALL traffic.”
“Paid for the multistorey to take advantage of the fast-track security. However was dissapointed (and put out) to park, take the elevator with bags to the entry point on 2nd floor only to be greeted by an A4 print-out stuck to the closed door saying there was no entry to the security due to the time. It was 7:30 PM?? So had to return, get back in the elevator and cross over outside to the departures. Not convenient, or thoughtful considering a simple sign near the elevators would have alerted me to the fact (and other passengers) so as not to waste time, and then have to rush.”
“Close enough to walk, pain due to cars being badly parked not in bays, weather was raining and due to walkway bit being covered we got soaked waking to terminal which is the reason I have given a 3 stars.”
“Although we stated in our booking that we had a blue badge we were directed to park very far from the disabled parking bays and found out later that we had to tell the attendant on arrival that we required a disabled parking bay. Not helpful at all. When we returned our car was also not parked in the easily accessible bays but some distance away and had to move the car to allow us to load wheelchair into boot and give my husband space to get into the car”
“When I tried to leave the parking,gate has been locked and displayed amount to pay £142 .I was on right date and time, finally after call to service gate was opened for Me.This shouldn't happened.”
“I arrived at the barrier expecting it to read my number plate it didn't and I had to take a ticket. I new that when trying to get out this would give me a problem because this has happened to me already. I eventually got out after talking to the parking attendant. No apology. Not professional. Walking surface to terminal not smooth.”
“Parking and facilities all good but , when I come out my car registration not in the list , so struggled to come out , contacted customer service that time he talked like we had some mistakes, feel like he supposed we need to apologise for the system issues , poor customer service, facility and other service perfect . “When arriving didnt know our reg, for the staff on arrival sayng i had the wrong car park, however staff at reception were great, smooth arrival back fro holiday, however at gate had to pay extra for being slightly late.”
“I booked a weekend package with parking in the multi-storey car park . I passed the first barrier but was then blocked to enter the multistorey and had to park in the Terminal car park . When i tried to exit i was charged £180 . Fortunately on pushing the intercom I got a rapid and courteous response and the barrier was opened for me without charge . The problem seems to ahve been caused by incoorect recognition of my number plate on a pouring wet early morning .”
