Security a joke as always. Understaffed meaning long queues.

Pre-booked for under 4 hours on Saturday night, Got there and the system gave me a ticket, on leaving the system the gate asked me for £13.95 I buzzed the attendant and after a few questions he opened the barrier at no additional charge, however since the prebook charge was £25.49 I left feeling that I had been ripped off.

Exit gate failed to operate on pre-paid ticket, followed by failure of the other two gates soon after. Intercom not answered for approx 5 minutes. Promised that someone would be in attendance to operate gate manually immediately, but this took at least 15 minutes, but no updates to advise on situation other than to be told that system was down.

Mid stay car park expensive for one day parking whilst still having to walk 5 minutes to terminal. Given location of path from terminal would not wish to be wandering alone on a dark night Will not be using this facility again

I have used the long Stay car park many times without any issues, but on this occasion we had a bit of a problem, I had booked car park from 3/5/17-10/5/17 on the evening of the 10th my friend returned to get the car from the car park as I had sustained a knee injury & couldn't walk, so was waiting for her just outside the car park entrance. She entered the ticket into the machine but the barrier didn't go up, it stated on the screen that there was an excess of £150 to be paid, she did press for assistance, they wanted the booking reference which I had on me...and it was:- 3297480, I pre booked & paid for the duration. so was unsure what had happened here, it was a bit of an inconvenience as we were on our way to A & E. I don't want this to put me off using the car park again...but it has a bit.

Ridiculously expensive for lunch no stay car park!

Dirty, scruffy, neglected walkway between mid-stay car park and terminal. Barely acceptable in good weather, but not to be appreciated in cold, wet or dark. Not a reflection of a pleasant travel experience as advertised by airport or airlines. A pity it hasn't been given the attention and importance afforded, for example, on the duty free area!

Each and every time I return to collect my car and try and leave, the exit machine treats me as if I had not pre-paid for parking. This then involves calling the office to release me from the car park. Not good enough.....

The shuttle bus does not take you to the terminal. It takes you to a bus stop which is 5 minutes walk from the terminal.

Was easy to find on the way there thanks to good directions on the email. However when coming back it was a long walk back without instructions on where the bus stop was, as my boyfriend had not parked there before. Also I knew I had parked in the general E4 area but it would be better if it was clearer marked out so you're not wandering about aimlessly looking for your car though.

Cost of 1 day parking is a rip off, significantly higher (almost double) than in Glasgow

Outward trip was ok. On return there was a long wait for the bus, and even though the booking was prepaid, at the barrier the machine stated £210 outstanding. Had to contact operator to rectify.

My return flight from Gran Canaria to Edinburgh (TOM 1131) was diverted to Tenerife due a toilet malfunction which required urgent repair. The subsequent flight delay, of approx 2hrs 45mins, resulted in me arriving back in Edinburgh at 20.50hrs instead of the expected time of 18.05hrs. My parking ticket limit was 19.00hrs so I was subsequently some 2hrs or slightly more over time once I reached my car. Despite one parking attendant suggesting to me that his colleague at the ground floor enquiry desk would be sympathetic to my pligh,t I was subsequently charged an extra £10. Whilst I accept I was over time, this was outwith my control, and I find a £10 charge for 2-3 hrs over time to be excessive.

Pre booked car park experience was excellent.airport was confusing.bad or no signage.seating very uncomfortable, especially the wooden ones at departure gates.dirty and dingy.at arrivals we had to stand outside after getting off bus from aircraft.very long queue for immigration. 1 baggage belt for 3 arriving aircraft.from leaving aircraft to exiting the airport was 95 minutes.gate way to capital of scotland is an embarrassment.

I had advanced booked terminal surface parking in January at a cost of around £28.00. As I left the carpark yesterday I inserted my ticket and was asked for £150 which after few minutes was finally sorted, not good!!

When leaving the car park the barriers wouldn't rise and the message read that I owed £34 which wasn't the case as I had prepaid and was leaving within the agreed time. I buzzed for assistance and was asked to give my refference number. After a few seconds the barrier was raised but I was not offered an explanation or apology. I understand that technical problems happen but a level of customer service is still important. Also, price was just on the higher end of what I'd be willing to pay for 1 night parking.

I was charged twice - although I had paid in advance I had to pay again at the barrier. No one was available to speak when I arrived late

An hour between landing and finally getting to our car in the surface car park, all of two minutes walk from the terminal. 40 minutes to deliver baggage, which is bizarre, and then an unexplained 20 minute wait to exit the baggage reclaim. Perhaps it will get better, but right now too many flights for the facilities, I think.

The flight landed on time and from landing till going through Border Control took over an hour crammed into a bus then queued for an hours to many people trying to process through inadequate facilities inadequately staffed

Expensive terminal surface parking, booked to make the departure quick from the airport after a late flight. Software failure meant lengthy delay, stuck at barrier. Helpline call cut off then wouldn't answer. 20 minutes stuck at the barrier before being manually let out. Very poor service, absolute rubbish.
