“The only thing I would say was that trying to find a space to park before your flight was quite stressful but did eventually find one after driving round a couple of times but very good bus links”
“I've used the pre paid terminal parking for years - recently you've started giving thin paper tickets instead of the cardboard cards - what on earth do you do with these at the barriers? They don't fit in the 'insert ticket' slot - as the screen directs. I keep having to ring for assistance and the guys have to raise the barrier for me - they don't seem to know how it works either. Progress? - don't think so!”
“Close to terminal, found a space no problem. I don’t really understand the ticket issuing part though, it says you have to present the ticket at the barrier but it automatically lifted when I approached it.”
“On 30,th June I paid £44.99 for parking from 1300 pm the 17th July until 16.30 on the 18th July. On the 16th I went into my account to print the confirmation for fast tract the following day.
There was no booking in my account no one to contact and I had to repay £44.99 to enable to let me park, please refund 2nd payment. Thank you.

“I've used Fast Park a couple of times now and I think its really good. You park right next to the terminal, drop your keys off then given a reciept with a QR code. On return you scan the QR code at the machine and your keys pop out. Really smooth process and if you book well in advance the price isn't much more expensive than the other car parks.”
“It is very expensive. We have parked at airports all over the world and the Edinburgh airport is the most expensive one we have ever parked in. It's simply taking advantage of people.”
