More signage needed to identify individual zones in the park to aid location of vehicle on return (especially at night). Better road markings needed to signpost exit. Contact phone number needed at return bus shelter. Special assistance numbers were available at shelter 1 on departure but that not much use on return. There was no way of contacting Plane Parking on return shelter. One family had been waiting over 20 mins and were planning to get a taxi out to the park. An extra bus is needed at peak times if you’re going to maintain your claims of ‘buses every x minutes’.

Location to terminal is great but everything else is confusing and hard to find. When you arrive at departures there are mixed signs telling you where to go or no signs at all. We ended up at the opposite side of the airport and had to ask directions back to where we needed to be.

Bus took far to long, waited 25mins, and there were people waiting who had been standing waiting a lot longer. I will avoid using this parking again if possible.

Booked long stay (as we always do travelling regularly every few weeks) for the disabled bays. However none were available and many of the cars didn’t have displayed blue badges. Very disappointing if this isn’t being enforced. At £30 for one night expected better.

I normally use the plane parking service. I used to find it convenient if not ideal. The shuttle service used to run every 10 minutes max, so it was easy to get to or eave the airport. However, now there's only one shuttle running and the wait time has increased to 20 minutes. That's how long we have waited the last two times we flew from Edinburgh. Not worth it anymore.

Our plane was delayed. We arrived 2 hours later than expected. Had to pay £200 to exit the multi storey when the original cost of parking was only £75. Excessive and unfair charge. Have emailed and no response.

Exiting this carpark is a nightmare. We collected the car and sat in line to leave. We were told to take a ticket to raise the barrier. This didn’t happen, the machine asked for £7 and then swallowed our ticket. We had to press for assistance to get out of the carpark. After paying over £100 for a week’s stay, this was really disappointing.

Had to extend parking, done through manage booking. However when went to collect keys it was asking for £75. No one around to help, office said ring doorbell but no doorbell there. Eventually after 10 mins someone answered, took a further 5 mins to verify and said there were new systems. No apologies and inconvenient at 3am

My car on drop off was clean but on collection it was filthy and the drivers side was all mud splashed

The Plane Parking is a cost effective solution within the airport area. However it is a very large area so be aware the bus only stops at the two officail stops so you may have a very long walk, and if cutting across to reduce the distance you will have to cross rough stone ground between the parked vehicles. I think it is a shocking failure of customer service to not stop by customer cars when passing them. The signage departing the terminal on return to the car park is confusing as the signs drop the "Plan Parking" sign and contimue only with other car park names before you reach the actual bus pick up point.

Cark part itself was fine. Bus says it will be 10 mins at the bus stop, online says 15, but in reality its always closer to 20, which is not great for planning. Barrier at end said I had to pay £80, so had to call and the person helping was very good and sorted it but shouldn't happen in the first place.

My flight was delayed coming home due to the airline, not fault of my own. I was then charged extra at the car park, these charges should go directly to the airlines.

YOUR TWILIGHT BAG DROP needs urgently needs re-packaged ... Having pre booked Multi storey car park ( order id 8GFBH76QO) I arrived at the airport early evening (17/6/25) the night before our flight to the Algarve to drop our bags off with JET2 and the barriers did not automatically lift as I was assured they would, for me to access the 1hr car park. Took a ticket , parked , dropped bags then had to find the office for them to clear the ticket and allow me to exit. I was assured that there would no be repeat of that episode the next morning ..well of course the next morning at 4.30 am they did not lift, again we had to take a ticket to access the multi storey ...rather than leave the car my daughter who suffers from anxiety decided to take the car away after dropping my wife and i off...well the red eye turned to red rage when i found out later that she had been charged £30 to leave the airport ( she did not know where the office was and who to speak to , and was very anxious and paid the ticket ) so not only was i charged for pre booking , we were also charged to leave ? That is disgraceful. At the very least I want the £30 my daughter paid to leave returned and in good faith for all the hassle I think it only right you recompense my pre booking charge .

The procedures are straightforward and the technology all worked well. Signage is clear. Problem on return to pick up the car though. A Range River had been parked so close to me that I could not open my car door to access my vehicle. Fortunately the Range Rover driver appeared just after us and reversed his car so that I could get access. Without that we would obviously have had delays finding staff and waiting while the other car wash moved. For that reason I cannot give a great revue

I booked for 10th june for a week,on returning i was charged an additional £25 to get my keys and then another £7 to get out of the car park.will never use again

Staff should make sure that a hybrid car is switched off properly. I returned to find my battery flat.
