“Signage to the Long Stay and from there to the terminal is still poor. Although an issue on exit was resolved fairly courteously, it was so widespread insufficient lanes were open to prevent traffic backing up.”
“The entrance to the multi-storey car park could be better signposted. We ended up driving through the pick-up/drop-off area by mistake & had to pay £6 to exit. Do better!”
“2 trips back to back using pre- booking 1st one disaster didn’t work and charged £65 additional - today 2 day visit expecting potentially same Went perfect / all to do with no. Plate recognition realise these things happen but route to resolution and ease of contact terrible - clearly want people to give up and eat double charge !!!”

“The multi storey car park is convenient for the terminal. However the entry route is not obvious, which can lead to taking the wrong route to a different car park and having to pay an exit charge. Plus, the exit barrier from the multi storey does not work properly, it failed to recognise our pre-booked car registration number and tried to charge several hundred pounds until we contacted the car park attendant.”
“Hardly any spaces when we arrived on Friday lunchtime. Many cars were parked on the roadway. Asked to pay an extra £120 at the barrier on departure despite having prepaid. Customer service on the barrier were not very helpful.”
“Everything worked as it should and fantastic getting into the airport. However on my visit in Decemnber and again in January....there has been a nausiating smell across the whole of the outside of the airport. It was so bad I and my guests had to cover their nose and mouth in an attempt to block the stench.
Could you please raise this with the airport authority, I am sure your employees will be suffering as a result.”
“Easy to arrive at impossible to leave hard to locate access to car as some rows had fences in and exit difficult to locate as you follow the signs round in a circle esp in the dark”
“There was a problem at the exit. A note had been sellotaped at the exit barrier but was not readable. I then had to pay £7 to get out which wasn't great! I would be grateful if this could be looked into. Thanks”

“signange wasn't working - wasted 10 minutes driving around looking for spaces on floors that said they did - ended up going straight to the top floor which had lots.”
“The parking is lovely and convenient but the direction and lack of signage - makes its incredibly stressful when arriving at the airport and there is lots of traffic.”

“Although i had paid for parking up-front i put my ticket into the barriers and it tried to charge me £180 so i had to drive back around the carpark to find someone to help me !”
“Having been delayed by the poor weather, we were given "free passage" Upon trying to exit the barriers would not let us out & it took several attempts & reversing into another bay to get some help.Not ideal after a long journey.You pay extra for the convenience but unfortunately not on this occasion.”
“Parked at Fast Park on 3rd January 2025 at a cost of £107.
Our return flight on 24th January was cancelled due to very strong winds.
The next available flight was on the 27th.
We were charged £75 which I feel was excessive.
Then trying to get out of the barrier at the exit we were charged another £7.”
