“The return journey and pick up of our vehicle was excellent but unfortunately the drop off was very poor. We had to queue for around 25 minutes to park up and this caused quite a bit of stress.”

“The number plate recognition camera misread my number plate on entry to your car park, this ment I had to explain to the car parking team the problem. Your team were really good and sorted the problem quickly but you inforstructure is really poor. I would give the parking team 5 stars and airport car park 1 star.”
“I booked parking on line 21 April 2025 for 17-25 April and paid £89.00. When I returned and put the ticket in the machine at the exit gate, the gate wouldn't open and it said £295 was due. I pressed the button for assistance and explained I had paid at which the gate opened. What is going on?? A stressful end to a nice week away.”

“Returned from Tenerife in the early hours of Sunday morning approximately 2.30 pm went to collect car keys at station that was in an unbelievable state due to people waiting to get their car .No car keys available to be picked up staff in turmoil due to backlog approached a member of staff who informed that I would just have to wait over an hour before attended .Had to stand out in the rain with my wife due to the amount of people waiting at the keys collection area.Extremely dissatisfied with this service as I have used Fast Park a few times before and did not experience this type of service.”
“PLANE PARKING -There was no signage for the bus stopes it was a guessing game where to be picked up. On way back at 3 am in the wind and rain we missed the bus by seconds then had to wait about 30 mins for the next one. There should be more busses and one every 10 mins. No idea where we had parked as no numbers or signs. I’d be reluctant to use this car park again”
“Parking was OK for the price. However the wait for the bus both to and from the airport was far too long. I could see the bus stop at 1 but it took 15 minutes to reach stop 2”

“Normally have a great experience - but not this time. We parked on Level 4 Area G. After reversing in we noticed a large patch of dried mud/earth and debris on the ground at the back of the car. Maybe an inch deep in places. Presumably from another vehicle previously. On our return (around 23:00) we found the entrance to the car park facing departures/arrivals had been closed off. No diversion signs indicating how to get back to your vehicle. Fortunately we have used the pick up / drop off in the past and dragged our suitcases back that way Another couple even older than us had to do the same. Poor, very poor”
“Was marginally cheaper than some other options. Parking was simple and straightforward. However on return my car was absolutely filthy. Like it has been parked in a field which it probably was. There was also a scratch next to the drivers door handle. It’s a new car so I know it wasn’t there before I parked, but now waiting to hear back. They need to check cameras and agree that the scratch was not there when parked. H the en I have no idea how they will sort it…. Even if they do, it’s not worth the hassle of letting someone else drive your car and park it god knows where.”

“I don't think fast park is actually any faster, certainly not for collecting your vehicle and on my return my car was also extremely dusty, so they can't be parked in a very good location when you're away on holiday.”
“It is very convenient next to airport and multi story building all covered for Scottish weather .
However it has gotten more expensive to use this service.”
