I attempted to contact you by telephone looking for a postcode for the car park and could not find a contact no. The reg recognition camera on your system did not work and finalily not enough signage to relocate the car on the way home.

Hi there, was stress free. BUT!!!! On arrival i was blocked from entering and had to call the office via the button.. i was told by the guy after asking if i was in the rite place.. He said yes Mr Crawford i will open the barrier and go park in any space. On return i was again stuck at the barrier ' but this time the machine said you owe me £587. I just about died . So again i got the guy on the phone and he was helpful and said next time contact us b4 proceeding. I just bit my tongue and was grateful as i was skint after my holidays and was just going to leave the car at the barrier and get the bus home . Other than that maybe better signage for simple people... yours Graham Crawford

Very complicated and expensive, poor value for money. Spent ages selecting and pre-booking for £30 then got charged another £12 to exit as apparently I got it wrong.

When I placed my ticket in the exit gate I was told I had to pay 270 pounds. I had prebooked my stay in May. I had to push the assistance button. Chap was very helpful and when I informed him of my registration the gate was opened. I would expect the technology to work first time. This was a stressful inconvenience. Hence the low star rating.

When I left ticket said I owed £165 when I had prepaid so had to get assistance to get out , not what you need after a long day of travelling.

Litter not removed. Pedestrian and vehicular routes need improvement with better signs. Expensive.

Getting there was fine. The position of our car wasn’t clear on our return, turns out it was written in pen at the bottom of the ticket. I think it was also on the screen when picking up the keys but only briefly. I’m sure I booked our place until 12 noon to give extra time in case of delay and got to the exit barrier to the main car park at about 11.30 but was charged £4.00 at the barrier.

The automatic barrier didn’t work so I needed to use the intercom to get my ticket. The car park was full and I needed to drive around for some time to find a space. Spaces are very cramped and so it’s not ideal when collecting VIP Guests and having to squeeze inside car not able to open doors fully etc. For £30 for 2 hours you’d expect better

Initially the experience was very good but returning to pick up the car it was clear you were very understaffed. Upon trying to access my keys for the car I was informed the car "was not ready" and it would have to be picked up which would take over an hour. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement given the flight although on time caused 2 hours of delays due to a delay in disembarking the aircraft and having to wait for luggage. The vehicle was eventually delivered to my and my pregnant girlfriend at 03:40 in the morning with the plane landing on time at 01:20. Not what was expected nor needed at that time if the morning after a lot of travel and paying a premium for a easy no fuss process. I would use the system again one more time but there has to be significant improvements to help staff and or supplement the staff and having a vehicle not ready after being away for a week is not acceptable.

Good availability of parking and buses. However, the electronic gates agent working and we had to wait twice - once for the bus to get back into the vast park and once to get out car out. The service was slow and it was very annoying after a long and difficult journey.

Had issue trying to get out car park at 04.00am as it would not accept my ticket asking me for £179 to get out I had to speak on intercom to get out. After issues I had getting through airport this was the last thing I needed at that time of morning

Ended up walking from departures to long stay car park as there was no clear signage or shuttle bus stop to tell us where shuttle bus would be. Asked 3 member of airport staff who did not know. Very unhappy having to walk 20 minutes to Plane Parking after sitting waiting on luggage for 2 hours.

Charged an extra £7 due to a baggage delay, a fault caused by Edinburgh airport.

Managed to get five days parking for 19.99. On my return, I was asked to pay £140 for the five days as there was no option to put in my code. Thankfully someone answered the intercom but couldn't find my booking. Should be an option or explanation how to get out the car park using a pre-booked code. Would be reluctant to use again for this reason unless someone can explain how to use the code to exit.

This was the first time I have used the service, I pre-booked. Upon trying to exit I was to be charged £176. I rang for assistance and explained I had pre-booked and gave my booking ref number. The operator said I was charged because I parked in multi-storey. I am grateful that, on this occasion, he allowed me out without paying the extra. I have reviewed my booking email. I would strongly suggest that you make it explicitly clear not to park in multi storey. I apologise for parking in the wrong place, but I was stressed and emails/directions weren't clear enough in my opinion. I am grateful that I wasn't made to pay the £176.

easy to get to, good instructions, everything worked as it should, cost was excessive and more than the flights - lower online prebooking prices were not available despite being clearly advertised.

Paid £50 for 2 days parking, no bus, cars abandoned at junctions on kerbs making navigation difficult, took 10 minutes to find a space. Not great value for the price.
