“When I booked the parking place it didn’t allow me to add the flight info.
When I arrived at airport they didn’t issue me with the correct ticket.
Long story short had to rectify this on return to car.
I had tried to email a week in advance, no response.
I also checked before flying by speaking to them at the office.
Late at night I had to seek assistance which was prompt but nevertheless a bit annoying.”
“No shuttle bus anymore from Long Stay parking... and it was 50% more expensive than last time I used the service. Will be finding other parking off airport grounds next time.”

“We booked terminal parking for our holiday … followed instructions provided to park yet on return the barrier was trying to charge us £515 … had to press for help and the guy said we parked in wrong car park which we couldn’t have done as we followed instructions provided yet the guy said the car park we should be in was a fair bit away … which I don’t believe as terminal parking online said it was a 2 min walk from check in (we have 2 little ones so I wanted to park close by) anyway the guy let us through barrier, he said as a gesture as goodwill, however felt such a hassle, which shouldn’t have happened, after waiting so long for luggage at night with 2 little ones.”
“Our parking was booked til 9am on 21/7.
When we tried to exit at 2am the barrier told us we owed £356. Eventually got through to staff who told us we were ‘a bit late’ but they would let us through. Not a great end to a journey”
“Every time I pre-book here your vehicle is not recognised when you drive in and take your ticket at the machine. When I exited on leaving a charge of £110 appeared on the screen even though I had pre-booked and paid £39.99 for my parking. You then have to call for assistance to get your ticket verified to allow you to exit. It is the only car park I use which fails to operate as you would expect if pre-paying.”
“When I arrived my registration plate could not be picked up by the camera and on leaving the car park this could not be picked up waiting at barrier to resolve this”
“The signange needs to approve both for people driving to the parking lot and those walking from the parking lot to the terminal. On my way back, I lost my way as when you come out there are no signs for the passengers giving them directions to the parking lot. Additionally, when I went to the barrier, it asked me to pay £176 even though I had already paid online. I then called Edinburgh airport only to be given an automated response. I then went back to the gates and dialled the operator from there who I had to give my details before being let out. Not a good experience at all after a long flight, waste of time and unnecessary stress.”
“Entry was fine and directions to where spaces were was good. However, no instructions provided on how to use the pay station and leave when you have pre-paid for parking (either when booking/on receipt or when at the pay station). Only option to call for help from the pay station to have card ‘validated’ for exit.”
“I had to change my travel arrangements at the last minute, meaning I no longer needed to park at the airport. Unfortunately, this was after your cancellation cut-off. So I lost my entire fee despite not using the carpark at all. You should be able to cancel right up to the point of arrival and get a full refund, or at least only be liable for an admin fee rather than the whole amount.
Overall the parking fees are too expensive.
Hovever the process for booking on line is relatively simple.”
“Due to Ryan air delaying the departure time from Dublin 2.5 hrs and waiting for 2hrs on Luggage from landing to the conveyor belt, I then made my way to collect my car to find I needed an additional £18 car park charge ! disapointed.”

“On arrival the registration recognition did not work and I had to take a ticket. On departure the registration recognition did not work and when I inserted the tickets there was a £198 charge. Thanks called for assistance and they were able to take my registration and allow me to exit without any fees, but this was not as easy as it should have been.”
“Hugely disappointed to be hit with a £15 bill when my flight was delayed by two hours. Given I paid £44 for two days for short stay the additional charge should have been proportionate. This is all about profit for Edinburgh airport”

The reg recognition camera on your system did not work and finalily not enough signage to relocate the car on the way home.”
