Long stay cheap and clearly advertised as buses to terminal not running, all fine so far. But no signposting to the pedestrian path so I ended up back walking along road and guessing where I had to go through to get to terminal. Not easy in dark to figure out. On way back in daylight I found the pedestrian path over the tram tracks, with a massive puddle of black ice that I wouldn’t have seen if had been dark. So maybe lucky it wasn’t well signposted!!

Thank you for your review. Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them. The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations. Our car parks are signposted by wayfinding, located in key traffic areas. I’m sorry to hear that you found our wayfinding to be unhelpful. Had a discount which didn't work so opted for shuttle service. Was "upgraded"at short notice to no shuttle service and to leave 15 mins for short walk. Eventually git to car park but no directions on where to walk. 1st time at this airport so Eventually found my way. Got to my gate with 1 minute to spare before gates closed. Absolute shambles and almost ruined my Christmas away to visit my daughter. Some upgrade where you expect a bus to airport doors but have to walk a magical mystery tour just to get there.

Thank you for your review. We no longer offer a complementary shuttle bus to and from the long stay car park (LSCP). The LSCP is a walkable car park and will take approximately 8-10 minutes to reach the terminal. There are designated walking routes throughout the LSCP that will lead you straight to the terminal. Hardly any spaces left. A walk to the terminal with suit case through puddles. Not a great set up to be honest.

Paid over a month in advance. No spaces available in paid for area. No one available to ask if car was in a suitable area. Poor marking provided for alternative area.

I paid for premium parking at the airport and when I arrived they told me they overbooked cars with spaces available! Not sure how that can happen! Surely you know how many spaces you have which caused chaos with us am other customers. No mention refund or discounts for not having the premium parking. Terrible service I am sorry to say

Arriving just after 4am on a cold December morning, I found the car park signage to be scarce and what was available was confusing. When I ended up at what turned out to be the wrong section, the automated gate made no attempt to correct my error and let me in without giving me any chance to leave and find the correct car park. When I tried to leave the car park 3 days later, I was charged an excess of £140. I will not make that mistake again, because I will not use Edinburgh Airport Parking again

Lack of signage for the fast park means you go into main car park and are scammed out off £4 to get back out when i mentioned it to the parking attendant she laughed and said yup you and hundreds more do that , nice little earner that one . picked up car with radio stations all changed and 4 miles extra on clock if its airport parking where do they take them ?

All directions for FastPark are detailed in your email confirmation and we also have adequate FastPark signage when you enter the airport and surrounding grounds. Furthermore there are 3 consecutive signs leading you to the entrance of the FastPark facility. For the 3rd time in a row we were unable to leave the parking area without it showing a balance of hundreds of pounds. Fully pre paid with the correct departure times so no reason at all for this to happen. Disgusting service

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. If you did not manage to sort the issue on-site via our Assistance Team by ringing the intercom buzzer, I encourage you to get in touch with our Customer Support Team where we will be able to look into this matter further. Not fit for purpose and unsafe. The long stay car park is very poorly lit and full of potholes. The walking route (no courtesy bus) from the car park is very poorly signposted; the surface is rough and uneven making it difficult to negotiate with trolleys; and it is fully exposed to the elements. On the day we arrived for our flight in the early hours of 11 December the surface was covered in black ice with no evidence that any attempt had been made to grit the road or walking route. I would caution anyone thinking of using this carpark. In my opinion it is not fit for purpose and unsafe, particularly in winter conditions.

Booked ahead and paid online for my parking in multi-storey . At exit i've introduced my ticket in the payment kiosk to check everything was fine prior to proceeding to exit gate with my car. The kiosk stole me £180 in immediate payment to give me my ticket back !!! This is pure robbery

Terrible! Very poorly signed directions from the car park to the terminal. Only pedestrian exit gate through the fence from long stay sits in the middle of a dip in the tarmac which means no way to avoid wading through a very large deep puddle when it rains (frequent as we are in Scotland in winter). Used pick up point on return as didn't want elderly Mother parading back through car park. Pick up point was another shambles. A total free for all with no clear direction or management of traffic. Would now rather pay more for alternative parking with a rival who provides a shuttle to the terminal. Suspect your shuttle bus was removed to get more people to use and pay for the pick up point?

Thank you for your review. As detailed in your booking confirmation if you have booked refundable parking this can be cancelled up to 24 hours before your booking is due to start. We arrived at the airport at 8pm on 23rd Dec to find a flat tyre with a nail lodged in it. This is not how we left the car on departure. We could not get a replacement tyre on Xmas eve so have had to change travel plans due to the car safety tyre and distance planned to travel.

We were stuck in Boston for an extra day due to the BA system failure which meant we got charged £25 extra at the fast track parking, this was compared to £44 for the previous 7 days. Then, when we tried the leave the barrier system would not open because it only recognises the original exit day on a booking for your car, so we were told to take an exit ticket (which has a £4 exit charge), and explain through the exit barrier call option our situation so that it could be waived. Unfortunately, the call function on the middle exit lane does not work and with a growing number of cars behind us, and the exhaustion of taking 2 days to get home we reluctantly paid another £4 to exit.

The multi story only one sign from leaving after leaving terminal and then it directs to pick up point. The parking system defaults to midnight of the day you arrive back to collect you car and al be it my error with time I had it that it was the end of the day I arrived. So I had to pay £65 over charge for being hours over the allocated time. Won’t use again.

Shocking experience trying to just get into the multi-storey car park!!! Signage on the approach is just not adequate at all, neither from the periphery nor the approach road to the car park. By far THE worst I have ever experienced out of the many airports I have used.

This is really bad experience!!! I booked Terminal Parking for short time, price £39,99, but when I came back yesterday and wanted leave parking barriers didn't want open and priced me on price £155!!!

Prepaid well before arrival online. Got to barrier and fee was £277 no call button at barrier had to reverse out and go to payment machine, ymthis has happens numerous times at NCP car parks at Aberdeen now Edinburgh, get it sorted !!!!

Never stayed flight was cancelled told 5 hours before due to park yet you don’t give refund unless 24 hour notice for a refund.
