“Easily accessible and well signed on approach. Once in, the signage stops leaving you to work out for yourself where to go, what to do etc. once parked it isn’t well sign posted where to walk to get to the terminal, we ended up walking down roads not realising there was a dedicated walkway. Apart from that, it was smooth and comfortable”
“Car was ready when arrived and generally happy with service but the car seat heaters were left on full power so not sure how far the were driving my vehicle to park it and the drivers seat was left in some other position”
“It was fine parking wise but the customer service was shocking
First it didn’t pick up my car on ANPR going in so I had to push the button
Then parked fine
Going out even worse - I was leaving and was stopped by the machine saying “YOU ARE DUE £125” opened my window and rung the service team in the rain… then he told me to wait.. I did… he just never came back so after 10 mins I pushed the button again and the man then opened the barriers no explanation or assurance just silly
Not sure I’ll use it again to be fair”
“I don’t usually like airport parking but this one was an exception. We were greeted by very friendly Scottish man who was very well informed and guided us throughout the parking process. Very nice and clean office with automated machines easy to follow. Very recommended.”
“First time flying from Edinburgh and we were very impressed on how easy and smooth the plane parking was. The car park was easy enough to find and well sign posted. Also the kind bus driver drove past us as we got our luggage out of the car and waited at the bus stop for us. We would definitely consider flying from Edinburgh again.”
