“This has always been my preferred parking when going on holiday and have used it many times, however, when returning this time I had to pay £9.90 at the exit barrier to get out! This is after pre booking and paying in excess of £74. The most disappointing factor is no one will reply to me to tell me why I had to pay this additional amount!”
“Made to make very welcome by the staff upon arrival, a little disappointing when told the there was no Car cleaning service, despite being advertised and charged for. Awaiting money to be refunded.
Should be made clearer where to get off the bus on return, as ended up walking for 10min with 4 cases, 2 children and a buggy in sweltering heat after travelling for 8 hours”
“The parking itself was fine, however the costs are rising considerably year on year.
Also, I would be happy to park elsewhere & use the tram - but it's costs are prohibitive for any more than one person - charging extra on top just because you go an extra stop to the airport is unfair IMO.”

“The price offered was cheapest available for on site (which we prefer). Perhaps because it was relatively new (express long stay) it was just a bit confusing to us and a little more inconvenient than both the normal long stay and the mid-terminal stay which we would choose next time if price permitted.”
“Arrived at 0620 to find Plane Parking car park full, (went round 3 times) contacted office via gate intercom and was directed to use long stay car park,gained entry by 10 minute stay ticket,on my return exit barrier rejected my Plane Parking ticket (wrong car park) contacted office, gave my booking number and he lifted barrier,so all in all situation resolved fairly easily.”
“Surface car-park - close to terminal and an easy walk. Spaces a bit tight and not that many spaces available. Over-priced, about twice as much as other UK airports.”
“I booked fast track and parked in the multi story on level 3 but when I left the machine tried to charge me over £350. The NCP staff said it was because I had booked terminal surface parking with fast track. How does that make sense?”
“Not all that happy. We had booked valet parking but the airport cancelled it as it was making "improvements" to car parking. I'm not sure how taking away a feature is an improvement. So we had to park in the multi-storey car park which is OK but not any different from Glasgow or other airports.”
“On the return to the car park - the bus left 2/3rds full as the driver didn't manage the people on to the bus. Disappointing as we had to wait another 10mins.”
“We used the long stay express which had just started a few days before.The car was taken from us as promised and the transfer bus to airport arrived quickly”
