“Easy drop off & pick up, however not happy with the amount of adjustments to the position of the drivers seat (Height of seat, height of steering wheel, head rest & mirrors) unnecessarily.”

“Used fastpark this time and drop off is good and close to terminal. However every time I have used fastpark, my car has been left at the most furthest point it could be and actually is not the quickest and easiest parking - I think the multi-storey is the best.”
“Alright experience but parked in the wrong area. Support waived the charges but was quite patronizing about it. To quote ‘if you need help just ask.’
The night before the trip to the airport I studied the directions to parking and pinned it on google maps. I didn’t know we needed help as we thought we had the right area. All I would say is if I made a mistake on parking clearer instructions or exact locations to make the process instant would be better.”
“Plenty of space in the long stay, but a good 15 minute walk with children and baggage. It is not good value and obviously very profitable for them.
Ticket machine broken so no way of checking whether prepayment had worked without driving up to barrier. But no issue finding car park or leaving.”
“After a week in Sweden, how depressing yet somehow predictable to return to my car and find the same pieces of litter lying next to it. And on the way in to the car park, we were greeted by empty beer bottles and coke cans. Clean you act up!”
“Disappointed on return , barrier would not open. For what was expensive prepaid car parking , barrier was asking for a balance of £142 to be paid to ticket.”

“The process of booking for, paying and then using themultistorey parking was a pleasure and I would certainly use this again as I have in the past.
It is just a shame about the general standard of cleanliness of the airport and surrounding infrastructure. The toilets I used in the terminal prior to departure we dirty and stank of stale urine and upon arrival into Edinburgh yesterday morning the first thing that I was met with when leaving the plane and going up the airbridge was a trail of litter and rubbish all the way into the arrivals hall which I thought was a disgrace when considering this is literally the first visitors from abroad would see. Having just returned from bith Kenya and South Africa I can honestly say that I was enbarrased when comparing the condition to that of the facilities in both Nairobi and Cape Town.”

“Maybe it's me, but I found the booking process (in terms of tariffs, penalties, extras etc) rather confusing, and set up for peple to keep spending (on upgrades, fast-tracking etc).”
“Reasonable enough, and easy to access. Absolute nightmare walking to and from - either to from airport or to from hotels. Pavements randomly end forcing you to cross to the other side, crossing roundabouts is a game of chicken with buses and taxis who don't know the new highway code of not running over pedestrians crossing, pavements are pot holed and a nightmare with luggage. No shuttle bus and no accessibility options.
Rather expensive for what it is. 120 quid for 14 days.
On return saw that people had been unable to find spaces and were parking outside of the spaces in the street bits which made driving round tricky.”
“Plane Parking would benefit from some zone or line identification (eg A, B, C) to make it easier to locate your vehicle when you return. The location of bus stops could be made more obvious, and numbered sequentially so you can see which way to go if you're in a hurry to catch the bus that's already in the car park.”

“The parking poisition was fine. I have a LWB Vivaro, there was enough room for this size vehicle. My main beef is the signage for Terminal parking. At the roundabout, yes, one exit was 'Terminal parking' but the exit prior was also 'terminal (something or other)' I took that and ended up paying £5 just to drive through the drop off area.
Could do better.”

“The long stay car park no longer has a bus shuttle and is advertised as a 10-12 min walk to the terminal, note that it's an uncovered walk through the mid stay car park, luckily it was dry when we used it.”
Thank you for your review. Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them.
The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations.
