“Excellent experience, first time using the plane parking at Edinburgh Airport. Very reasonable price and an easy pick up drop off service to the airport. Will definitely use again in the future.”
“The Fast Park option was great and so easy to use. It suited me particularly as I had a very early morning flight departure and a just after midnight return. I would definitely recommend and would use again.”
“Easy in, easy out - good value but if it was raining heavily (it thankfully wasn't) then you would end up getting soaked just before your flight. Maybe some covered walkways could be introduced?”
“Excellent, efficient, good value. Friendly staff really helpful. Couldn’t be slicker
Only thing is there is one sign missing from terminal back to car, the one that goes through multi-storey, so can get lost here, was same a year ago. Walk the route yourselves as if never done it just following signs and you’ll see.”
“Due to mobility problems I was looking for parking as close to the airport as possible. I thought the parking fee was a bit excessive, but after using FastPark it's definately worth every penny. Fantastic service, puts Glasgow airport to shame.”
“The parking facility is excellent (multistorey). Plenty of room, right across from the Terminal. However, Edinburgh Airport have introduced a ludicrous system of charging for trolleys. We encountered this last year, and fed back that coin-operated trolleys would be preferable to having to tap a bank card (especially for the elderly). This year we tapped on the way abroad (now up to £2 per trolley). On return, the trolley station in the baggage hall was jammed. With 4 x 22kg bags plus 2 x 10kg wheeled backpacks, we really needed at least one if not two trolleys. A helpful Jet2 Rep called the Airport Maintenance for assistance. 30 minutes later, one of the Jet2 Reps was going off duty and she kindly assisted us in getting our baggage through to the multistorey. Otherwise who knows how long we might have been stranded there. From our discussions with others at the airport, it is not at all unusual for the trolley station to be jammed, or for payment to be taken but no trolley released. Next year we have booked both our holidays (spring and autumn) from Glasgow Airport.”
