“Parked again at Plane Parking without any problems. Great value for money with a shuttle bus to terminal running every 10 minutes. Would use agin for sure.”
“Picked up keys from locker ok. Found car, drove out barrier read registration and lifted.
Then found myself at a second barrier which wouldnt lift, had to call for help.. I wasnt alone. Better exit signs?”
“The arrangements were very clear and worked well. Unfortunately, when we returned to the airport fairly late on Sunday evenihng, accompanied by my elderly mother who is blind and of restricted mobility, the lifts to level 2 of the car park were not working. In the end, my husband walked upstairs and moved the car to another level so that we could take my mum (in a wheeled chair) up to the same level as the car. It caused a bit of a delay and a bit of discomfort as a result of waiitng around in the cold. Apart from that, we were happy with the arrangements.”
“We chose the multi storey this time as we were only away for the day. It was easy to find, smooth entry and exit, plenty of space and quick to get into and out of the terminal. A little more expensive than some of the others but worth it if you're only going for a day or two. The only tiny negative was the lift we used didn't stop on the first floor for some reason.”
“Excellent parking facility and very simple to use and find. I will certainly use again auto number plate recognition so the barriers open quickly 🥰”
“Easily accessible and well signed on approach. Once in, the signage stops leaving you to work out for yourself where to go, what to do etc. once parked it isn’t well sign posted where to walk to get to the terminal, we ended up walking down roads not realising there was a dedicated walkway. Apart from that, it was smooth and comfortable”
“Car was ready when arrived and generally happy with service but the car seat heaters were left on full power so not sure how far the were driving my vehicle to park it and the drivers seat was left in some other position”
