“Easy to find if you watch the youtube video. Well priced and doesn't take long to catch a bus. Would recommend a coat in the winter as it's quite exposed to the wind!”
“This was my first time using FastPark and I was very happy with the service. Dropping the car was quick and easy, with very clear instructions from staff in the parking area. The gentleman who helped me drop off my keys was lovely as well.
Picking up the car was just as smooth and seamless. I scanned my QR code that was printed during drop off, collected my key and made my way to the parking bay where my car was waiting for me. Despite the 1.5h delay from my departure airport, there was no issues with collecting my car.”
“I landed at Edinburgh Airport around 4am due to a delayed flight (original arrival was supposed to be just after midnight). The parking website claimed shuttle buses run every ~17 minutes. Reality? I waited like a fool at the pickup point for over 40 minutes and not a single bus showed up.
Eventually, I gave up and walked over a mile to the parking lot to retrieve my car. During that walk, I was passed by three buses *leaving* the parking area—none heading toward the terminal. Not one stopped to pick up stranded passengers.
This is not what you expect after a long, exhausting journey. If you're going to advertise regular shuttle service, make sure it actually exists—especially during off-peak hours. I won’t be using this parking again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone arriving late or relying on basic service.”
“The Multistorey connected to the terminal is woth using for a few days, especially if your alternative maybe 2x taxi fares. With hand luggage only you can go straight to fast-track security, or if you have an early morning flight you can get free access to the 1hr parking area (just outside the multistorey to the right as you enter) to check in bags the night before.
But - on my ":night before" trip I had to return for a second visit to the 1hr area to deal with a check-in issue and was charged £14 for less than an hour. Likewise, the pick up and drop off areas at ground level in the multistorey are a total rip off and I don't agree that the 1hr area is "more cost effective" as claimed. As Einstein said, it's all relative.....”
