Hard to get to - followed the postcode given for satnav users for the long stay car park and ended up in a ‘restricted area’ at the complete wrong side of the airport - a 20 minute detour. Thankfully we had enough time to spare. It was really difficult to find. Please update your postcode so that others don’t make the same mistake… when we eventually got to the car park it was really busy - people were parked on double yellow lines and not in bays. After 10 minutes of searching we eventually found a spot. Then we had to walk to the airport - no bus in the long stay. We followed the ‘path’ which was essentially 2 bits of plastic road blocks… again quite poor. The price for parking was pretty fair. Would park here again now we know how to find it!

Arrived in good time to face 30 mins looking for a parking space ... had to leave the car parked against a fence and walk the from one end to the other. Uneven ground makes it difficult to move your luggage to the airport.

Prebooked car into mid stay parking to return home and leave carpark machine saying I owed £620. Nice after a 12 hour flight and 2 weeks away. After talking to someone and explaining I had Prebooked, the barrier was opened. No explanation, no apology. Poor service.

When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. Registration plate was not recognised, so there was stress and uncertainty about whether I'd be able to exit in the evening. Actual exit was delayed by having to call for help.

When I arrived there was hardly any spaces left and people had left their cars abandoned on pavements as they had to catch planes . After a long time I found a tiny space which took me a long time to get into . Not good . Then when i left having prepaid I was told I owed £170 pounds in excess ! The man let me out without asking any questions thank goodness but what is going on with their system . Can’t blame air traffic control Will not be back

I was charged twice for parking. 1st @ £79-99 no discount. 2nd @ £65-99 with discount. So I have been over charged by £79-99p. Refund would be very welcome.

There was no spaces available I had to park on double yellow lines and was worried I would get a ticket, a lid of other cars had the same problem. Why sell spaces when there aren’t any??

It took us at least 20 minutes to find a parking spot. Luckily, we didn't have luggage to check in!! Also we had fast track as due to fast track we didnt miss our flight. The traffic from Glasgow to Edinburgh was very heavy test morning. We eventually found a space at the furthest point of the car park near the tower.

We’ve used this parking many times, but more and more we’re finding it hard to find a space. Cars are parked on curbs and corners as I guess everyone is having the same problem. Trolleys are left everywhere and are normally in the same place when we get back days later. Half the times when we get to the gate to leave, we’re told we owe £200+ even when it’s all prepaid.

I had great faith in leaving my car here but upon when I collected it that disappeared it had been parked a few yards from where I left if but had racked up an extra 4 miles from when I parked it. Feel totally let down

Thank you for your review. Our drivers are required to move customers' vehicles from our FastPark carpark to our secure block parking area and then back again. I recently left my vehicle here as I was going on a two week job abroad, so got the refundable pay in advance option in case the job was cut short as happens sometimes. The price difference for paying in advance as opposed to just turning up is a lot. Anyway, my job was indeed cut short after 5 days and upon return I was told that the refundable expression was only if you cancelled before arriving - once you've paid up front for the allotted time that's what you are paying for! My mistake really for not reading into this properly, but still a con. I've given 2 stars as the location of the parking was excellent, but aside from that £152 for 5 days parking seems excessive when I was trying to save money in the first place! I will not be using this service again.

Parking is easy enough but on the last two occasions on our return, at the barrier we were told that we owed an excess of around £240.00. We used the intercom to explain that we had pre paid, had a confirmation email and our ticket had the car registration number printed on it on entering. Seems we weren't on the system which held us up. After a delayed Ryanair flight, and a two hour drive in front of us we didn't need this. Eventually our booking was found but we've decided not to park at Edinburgh Airport again and will use Glasgow instead, which is so easy.

ref YBA982W5Z hi guys - just returned from Tenerife on Fri 25th Aug - the flight was delayed for about an 1 hr - i had reserved the car pack until 3 Am - we got to barrier - put card in and the display said i owed £68- on speaking to the advisor he could not understand why it was charging me extra and promptly dealt with the situation this is the 2nd time it has happened - so i will not be giving the car park a good review hope you can look into this matter and i would appreciate some sort of explanation as i am a frequent traveller and i do work for a company who deals with media issues regards Brendan Oswald Tel 07899091444

Booking was easy. Signage poor to direct into mid stay. Plenty of spaces on admission. On departure numberplate recognition did not work. Had to press intercom for approximately 5 minutes before answer before they finally lifted barrier to exit

Finding a space in the long stay is very difficult. Many people have abandoned their cars in non-spaces, blocking junctions. There are still marked disabled spaces, but this is completely useless as the shuttle bus no longer runs. Customer support is good - I was mistakenly charged on exit but they sorted out a refund quickly.

Booked Plane Parking in advance. Notwithstanding advance booking, the car registration was not recognised by ANPR on arrival, a ticket dispensed, barrier raised. Contacted the control by intercom to let them know of the issue. On leaving at 2am car registration once again was not recognised by ANPR , contacted control; then had to put ticket in, didn't help that the signage on the machine in the dark is very poor. Other car parks operated by Edinburgh Airport Parking are better as is Secureairparks for instance. On the plus side the bus drivers were pleasant and very helpful.
