Terrible instructions and directions to get to fast track. Badly lit area so easy to miss the exit on the right. If you miss this you have to go through the airport drop off area and unfortunately, they charge you £5.00 for the privilege.

The scanners didn’t work when dropping car off so long queue as people had to manually input details. When trying to collect car, screen with details of car’s location is only displayed for a brief moment so you’ve no idea where your car is parked unless you have an instant photographic memory! Signage directing you from arrivals to collection point very poor especially when arriving late at night !

Very few directions coming out of airport going to car park We walked a long way looking for directions .. Easier by far to go to one of the other parks that have pick up service.

Lack of shuttle bus is not ideal when the Scottish weather is functioning as normal. Quite a long walk between terminal and car park. There was actually a large puddle spanning the road meaning you were unable to pass using a trolley unless you were equipped with welly boots (full size). Also didn’t seem to be any control of parking. Several cars just abandoned on paths, kerbs to minimise walking distance to terminal. Quite awkward to pass around these vehicles when pushing trolleys/luggage.

Thank you for your review. Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them. The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

The parking itself is ok, near enough to the terminal, however customer service was shocking. When we inserted our ticket to exit the car park, a message came up on the machine which said we owed £180, which was rubbish as our booked time had not expired. I think this happened to the two cars in front of us as well. When we pressed the intercom button to speak to an assistant, they actually laughed at us. Not happy. Will be submitting a formal complaint. Also, we spent a night at the Hampton Hilton hotel, and there is no walkway or footpath to exit on foot from the car park back to the hotel areas.

Took us 20mins to find a parking place. Not acceptable for the price we paid, and a bit scary when you have a flight to catch. We are 70 years old and like everything nice and easy.

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon thankfully we left extra time before our flight as finding a space took a long time! Lots of cars driving around doing the same thing.

I had difficulty getting into and exiting the car park (problems getting the barrier to lift). Tight exit from the barrier; very sharp left turn. Not a great place to park your car in my opinion, and poorly surfaced.

Parking is in a great spot. Plenty spaces available. But after a long day at 2.30am, the machine tried to charge an additional £180 to leave the carpark. There was absolutely no way I'd have paid it. But I fear there will be people who would just pay it to get out rather than challenge it. On re-reading the email confirmation it does say that the machine may not recognise your car on arrival so on leaving it may try and change you in error. Nonetheless, surely fixing the problem is better than just leaving it. Feels very much like a way to make money from people less inclined or just too tired to argue the point.

Pricing structure leaves a lot to desired, usually pay around 70- 80 pounds for a weeks parking in multi storey. Was charged 150 pounds because i booked short notice, edinburgh airport know how to treat regular customers

At the exit gate, the system asked me to pay for the stay, even though I'd paid online when I booked it. The operator sorted it out for me.

Second time I have used this servioce and yet again someone has been rally driving my vehicle as everything strewen accross the place in the back. The seat set for a midget and every mirror changed and I'm average height couldn't get in without moving the seat. Not helped by having to wait over 1 hour 40 minutes for Bags please tell Edinburgh Airport Bossess to sort this situation out it's awful.

I paid for parking for a week, my flight was supposed to arrive in the morning but due to a family member passing away I had to take a later flight from a different place on that same day, I informed Fastpark but I still got charged extra. It's all about the money.

Mid stay was full when I arrived. I pressed the intercom and had to give my number - not sure why the ANPR always only half works. A ticket was spat out and I heard something like good luck. I had to park on cross hatches but in a dead end area - not in anybody's way. The car park continues to look very tatty with temporary red and white barriers outlining a ridiculously wiggly path. The layout is highly disfunctional with lots of legacy fencing. So, you own the nearest bit of tarmac to the airport; doesn't give an excuse to give the shoddiest service.

Parking was fine. The price is scandalous. Just under £30 for 14hrs parking, my flight down to London was cheaper.

Car Park is very run-down & tired. It needs resurfaced and a proper walking route, instead of worn down red & white plastic dividers. The car spaces are far too small for modern car sizes and no surprise that when I came back from holiday one of my wing mirrors had been pushed in. Despite pre-booking and paying over 6 x months ago, at the exit barrier I was asked to pay £170 and had to phone for assistance to be let out of the car-park

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. Over recent years, I’ve always booked the terminal car park for closeness & availability of spaces. On the 5th September 2023, I struggled to find a space, looping the entire car park 3 times before I located a single space (which was undersized). Cars were literally abandoned all over the parking area (occupying chevron & trolley areas). My recent experience wasn’t pleasant, as travelling is stressful enough without worrying about finding a space! The tightness of spacing made me untrusting of fellow users, necessitating the taking of a picture (just in case my car was damaged). The recent price escalation isn’t justifiable, as the cost of a weeks parking is now circa 33% higher! If you’re going to charge grossly higher prices, then please provide a far improved service.
