Couldn't get in touch with a human to find out which car park I had booked 9 months before as the names and locations seemed to have changed. The car park surface was full of puddles and very rough to wheel two suitcases, and the footpath was indistinct, badly marked out and poorly finished.

Ticket wouldn't work on exit after pre paying online,unable to get attendant on speaker at exit gate. Had to reverse wrong way back to Drop off area where eventually managed to get attendant on speaker after another 5 minutes. Told attendant about 5 times car reg, ticket still wouldn't work. Went back to exit gate tried ticket again in all directions. Spoke to attendant on speaker again where he eventually let me out after relaying car registration another few times. Took me approx 20 minutes prior to getting out of car park.

Very disappointed, prepaid for parking in the long stay car park. Barrier failed to open on exit, my daughter was unsure what to do and paid an additional £130 !!! To get out. Email sent requesting refund and still no response!

Thought the pick up of my vechile would be a bit closer to the terminal, arriving after midnight to find having a long walk to collect my car

No bus shuttle to take you to the airport. Had to walk in the rain with baggage! Car park was very busy and I had to park much further away than I had planned. Directions to terminal were terrible.

Thank you for your review, Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020 and the car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal. The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations. We are actively working on a project that will improve the long stay walking route, we understand that the walking route requires improvement, and we appreciate your patience with us during this time. Almost 100% price hike for short stay between May & Sept is a rip off. Had to compromise with a 50%price hike to park further away at mid stay which was a poorer quality surface. With car parking at 5-10% of the cost of a 9 day holiday I think only way forward for those than do it is to get someone to drop you off and pick you up as taxi costs are also a rip off. Or, just stay at home and don't use airports

Prebooked parking weeks before but attempted to charge me £150 on exit - had to sit waiting for someone to respond to call for support This has happened numerous times at Edinburgh airport - watch out!

Why did I give probably the best long stay car parking facility at any UK Airport only a two star rating .. its because of there overstay charging policy ... I was booked in until 5pm, my flight didn't arrive until 11am the following day, and I was back at my car by 11:30 but I was still charged 2 days over stay rate a period of 19hrs cost me £50 Apart from that the car park is secure, easy to find, lots of spaces and very close to the terminal, I'll use it again but just don't like daylight robbery!!!

Very expensive. The extortionate price hike (3x) when booking within 3 weeks of a flight is just pure greed - there's no justification for this, particularly when the occupancy is clearly untracked and the facilities are poorly maintained. The signage isn't clear, there aren't paths for people to walk and where there are, they are makeshift - the overall surface is far too rough for suitcase wheels leaving people to carry heavy suitcases to the terminal. The long-stay car park was overbooked, I had to park on one of your double yellows along with the other 20 odd cars I noted doing the same thing. There are also deeper and more widespread potholes in your car park than in Edinburgh city centre - which is quite an achievement to be fair.

Faced with a £270.00 bill, for some reason, on trying to leave car park despite having pre-paid. Had to buzz attendant to release us. No explanation given.

I paid £79.99 for 4 days Terminal parking. When putting in my ticket to leave, instead of the barrier lifting, I received a message something like "Outstanding Amount to Pay £200". I had to buzz for assistance and the guy had no record of my registration, even though I was holding the receipt in my hand! I gave him the Order ID and he eventually let me go. Whether he genuinely found me, or just believed me and let me go, I don't know, but the experience was poor and very stressful when I just wanted to get home after a 7 hour flight!

Was ok, was a bit of a long bumpy walk through the car park to the terminal. On departure, scanned our ticket and was told we had an outstanding balance of £190! Pressed the assistance button and told them we had pre paid the parking and were not over our time. He said it was a mistake and opened the gate.

This must be the MOST difficult airport parking to date. The different parking facilities from fast park to fast track multi-storey to all the others at the terminal are SO difficult to get to . It cost me another £5 as I’d lost which route to use and I got stuck at drop off the list goes on then when I did eventually get in after 3 different assistants help on my return it tried to charge me £230 but as I’d booked it online I eventually got out of the parking area without a hefty bill . Totally terrible airport directions to the parking.

Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them. Re. Long Stay Edinburgh Airport Car Park on Sunday 01 October 2023. Many cars were parked on double yellow lines, or were partly on traffic islands, or were obstructing the roads and intersections.

Used the airport parking for a holiday to Ibiza. Parked for 1-week, returning on 01/10/2023 at 23:10 with Jet2 holidays. The flight arrived 20-minutes early, we collected our case and keys at the terminal, made our way to the car and got as far as the exit barrier (at 23:36) where we had to pay a further £6.00. Not impressed!
